This is my favorite location! The subs are always spot on, but the employees at this location are top notch. They always have an upbeat disposition, they’re efficient, and they make it a point to treat all guests warmly. It’s such a breath of fresh air.

This is the location I go to when I'm actually out/on my way home. Never had a bad sandwich of a wrong order. My favorite sandwich chain there is.

They got a lil backed up during the rush, but I freaking loved my sammich so after my meal I was a happy camper.

Their selection of things I liked was quite limited. I was surprised at that. The food itself wasn't bad. It was good, but not great. The service was where the indigestion was. They were off-putting and dismissive. My wife would call it borderline rude, though I wouldn't go that far. It just seemed like we had little importance to them. Then again, it is Jersey. I might compare it to the whole Jersey experience. If you want rude and insulting people, go to New Jersey. I have been there and these people were much nicer than the ones in New Jersey.

We just finished eating at the 10912 Memorial Drive store. Today is 8/19, Friday. There was an African American guy in there, guessing in his 20’s, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional. Had a big smile on his face. I wish I would have gotten his name, but just wanted to let your company know what a wonderful employee you have. My Italian sandwich was fabulous, too. Just such a nice lunch and this young man’s customer service went above and beyond.

Really enjoyed my Jersey Shore sub. Good, fresh veggies and plenty of them. Loved the oil, vinegar and herbs. Great bread too. Really friendly service, great experience for a fast food place.
