Love their sandwiches! We’ve had their BLTs, Chicken, ham n cheese, and turkey. All very good, herb mayo rocks! I love the tomato soup but not a fan of the potato. The nicest staff, super friendly and willing so do what they can for you. A family fave for sure:)

I absolutely love this location, I am always made to feel welcome, everything is clean and fresh. It's a busy restaurant, things get messy. The service is excellent! Everyone comes around to ask how everything is or if you need anything. Even the manager does this. I have never been disappointed in the quality of food or the care for the customers. I've even been there when they're slammed and they still always make sure I am good to go.

I want to add a shout out to McAlister's staff at 91st and Memorial. We placed a catering order and got the wrong date on the order. When we inquired about picking up our order and found out that we had requested the wrong date, the staff jumped through hoops to get our order ready and saved our open house plans. Thanks so much to the management and staff for making that happen!!!!

Great restaurant with great selection on the menu. Knowledgeable help at the front counter. Prices a little high, but no more than anyone else. Food was tasty with good portions. We had "choose 2" option. Tortilla soup was cheese based and fantastic! It was busy for a Sunday and lots of kids, I would think week days would be a little quieter. Its consistent for good food. Recommended.

This is the first time I tried McAlisters and I enjoyed everything. Got the pick 2 and the salad was just the right size I would expect for a half salad. places will often give you this baby salad for pick 2s but not here!

So far every time I go I have a great experience. I order their loaded baked potato. The chipotle chicken ranch. It’s so so good. I add all the extras on there and it’s to die for. Definitely recommend them. And it’s always been fresh and hot.

I completed an online order for a pick 2 with nachos and spud,a broccoli and chicken for my toddler and a lemonade. There were a few people ahead of me but basically it was 6pm and they were company out of spuds. Because of this they let me order anything else to replace my spud. I ordered the Memphian, although it took a good twenty minutes more to get my now modified order EVERYONE was kind and. Not only did I get my modification, there was a potato ready so she gave me that as well, plus my sandwich and chips and cookie. They went above and beyond to rectify being out of spuds and my very long wait. Very friend staff I would definitely use then again
