Service is always on point here at Chimi’s. Food comes out fast and fresh. The white queso is a must and comes in a very healthy portion with enough to feed a large group. I’ve been here serval times and have never been disappointed.
I never expected to have great queso birria tacos at Chimi’s but here they are just killing it! Pleasantly surprised!

Food is ok. Didn't like the sauce on the borracho beans too much though. Never had it before. I thought there was supposed to be cheese sauce on the enchilada. Didn't look like it. But I still enjoyed the lunch and service is good. So was the price with under 10 dollars.
I had the Mexican shrimp cocktail, it's on the appetizer list but it can be an entree. We split a Birria, they are marvelous little folded tortillas with shredded beef and cheese. The sauce and the consumme it comes are phenomenal.

Date night with the wife... Not to crowded tonight due to the below freezing weather. Had a couple games on the televisions. Good chips and salsa. I had the Carne Asada Burrito and she had the Three Amigos. Both were very good choices, plenty left over for lunch the next day. Good service.

Consistently good food and great service! Never bland and always fresh. I highly recommend enjoying them on a Sunday afternoon or even through uber eats. We are never disappointed! As Mexican goes its a very good and affordable option

My family moved back to Tulsa last year. We kind of forgot about Chimi's. We went a few months ago and quickly remembered why it was a favorite. We go every Sunday. There is surely crack in the marinade on the fajitas. Salsa, chips, yellow queso.....all so good!! Service is always so fabulous!!
We made the reservation for 4 p.m tonight pur server was Ashley she was awesome. She was very sweet and friendly and always had a smile on her face.
