To go order: The food was really good. This was my first time at this particular location. I did call in my order ahead of time & was there about five minutes late. I still had to wait, so I sat at the bar (which I'm the only one sitting there). No one asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I'll order the exact same thing next time, though & take pics I was hungry!!

Service is always on point here at Chimi’s. Food comes out fast and fresh. The white queso is a must and comes in a very healthy portion with enough to feed a large group. I’ve been here serval times and have never been disappointed.

I never expected to have great queso birria tacos at Chimi’s but here they are just killing it! Pleasantly surprised!

Great food and great service! If you’re hungry for some tacos, this is the place to go! Street tacos were delicious! They have Birria tacos as a feature right now and are sooo good! Can’t go wrong with the Baja shrimp tacos either. They even allow horses inside 🤣 thank you Brandon Fischer for such a good lunch!

Food is ok. Didn't like the sauce on the borracho beans too much though. Never had it before. I thought there was supposed to be cheese sauce on the enchilada. Didn't look like it. But I still enjoyed the lunch and service is good. So was the price with under 10 dollars.

I had the Mexican shrimp cocktail, it's on the appetizer list but it can be an entree. We split a Birria, they are marvelous little folded tortillas with shredded beef and cheese. The sauce and the consumme it comes are phenomenal.

I absolutely LOVE Chimi's at 81st and Sheridan. The staff is so helpful and nice. I place a catering order for the company I work for about 1-2 times a year and they always deliver! Amber takes my order every time and we never have any issues. She always goes over the order with me to confirm everything is good. We always order the chicken and steak fajitas and the food is just so fresh and flavorful! This last time, we even got complimentary sopapillas. They deliver our order and even set it up wherever I ask them to. I don't have enough good things to say about Chimi's and we will continue giving them our business!

Date night with the wife... Not to crowded tonight due to the below freezing weather. Had a couple games on the televisions. Good chips and salsa. I had the Carne Asada Burrito and she had the Three Amigos. Both were very good choices, plenty left over for lunch the next day. Good service.
