Ate at the bar area, because of speed of eating. April knows my order and she was as good as ever. (Over the top)

El Chicos has been my favorite place to eat for years but tonight I was very disappointed. There were eight of us at our table and six of us had the chicken enchilada dinner. We were all disappointed. I don’t know what you have done with your chicken but it’s terrible. I hope you go back to the old was of making them. Six is a lot of unhappy people.

Top weekend location! Do all your shopping, getting out and about and swing over to this El Chico. They have the best servers, great food and we love the environment.

I grew up eating at this restaurant down south. We were in Oklahoma for an event and I realized there was an El Chico close by. I am in LOVE with their relish and brought 2 quarts home. Our service was excellent and food was good. Sadly, their salsa wasn't the same. I have always compared every Mexican restaurant's salsa to El Chico and sadly it wasn't the same. It's not that it wasn't good. It was but it was thicker, spicier and lacked that vinegar flavor I'd always loved.

My brother had a craving for El Chicos... he grew up eating at an El Chicos, so we stopped and ate lunch there. He said it tasted just as he remembered. He was highly satisfied! Thank you!!

After entering was greet ed by hostess said to go to bar for carry out orders. After standing there approximately 8 minutes, with my order in view on the counter, and no body bothering to ask if i needed help i found the manager who got me my order. The restaurant was 1/2 empty but the bartender was working on bagging up another order, with no help from anybody while she was in kitchen getting another persons order, reminder my order was bagged and ready and on the counter all they had to do was hand it to me.

We took my Dad here for Father’s Day since it’s his favorite Mexican Restaurant. There were 24 in our party a mix of both kids and adults. They were able to seat us all together and Miranda our waitress was super awesome! She was very attentive and got everything on our order correct, we never had empty glasses and she went out of her way to help make sure the kids were entertained. She was the best waitress we have had in a long time. Our food was delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Husband brought me here for my birthday dinner because he knows El Chico's is my favorite place. I love their food. I had 2 steak fajita soft tacos, rice and frijoles. Also added a cheese and onion enchilada with chili sauce. My husband had steak fajitas. Food was awesome as always. For dessert I had a brownie sundae. Brownie was ok. I've had better. Ice cream was good. My husband had sopapilas with honey. I gave 4 stars for food because the brownie was just ok. Gave 4 stars for the service because we had to remind the server my husband ordered sopapilas. He was really trying though. He was new. And for service another table who had 6 people did not get through order taken until a couple minutes before we got our food. They had arrived what seemed to be several minutes before we did. They were already seated and had their chips and salsa. All in all was still good over all and I love El Chicos. I had a long Island ice tea and my husband had Titos Lemonade. Both good drinks.
