Food was hot and fresh, delicious. Service was polite and friendly. Description of guest along with name helps expedite passing food out. Speed if service was quick. Amazing job, it ain’t always easy to do in a food court.

Shoutout to the guy who has the mustache. Literally the sweetest worker!! We order 12 minutes before they closed and they still gave us the best service! We appreciate you guys! Sincerely, The girls that work at Victoria's Secret/ Pink 💗💗💗

I eat here 2-3 times a week (working in the mall) and their staff, speed and service is consistently exceptional enough that I feel the need to leave a review. Would give 6 stars if I could. Never disappointed.

Top tier customer service, great food, did I mention great customer service? This company truly does focus on that above all else and you can tell by how the employees treat and talk to you. Everyone is well groomed no dirty uniforms and they are practicing social distancing the way it should be done. bravo!

Always love this place. Employees are top notch and always make you feel like they appreciate your business. I ate inside and as usual clean and fast. Most visits i come through the drive thru and it is so quick and my order is always right. Polynesian sauce is my favorite dipping sauce.

Went here to get an ice cream for the kids. It was huge portions and they loved the ice cream. Who would have thought Chick-fil-A had decent ice cream! The price isn't bad either, $1.49 for a small cone which is large enough. Will definitely go back if we are in the Woodland Hills Mall in the future.

Always amazing, fast, friendly food is great works are fun. The world should be ran by the system of Chick-fil-A drive-thru for sure. Things would get done so much more quick. Lol. Seriously though

A Chick-fil-A like any other but this one is inside the mall. Quite a large team for such a small place inside the mall. Our food took around 5-10 minutes to get and the apologized about wait even though we didn't think it was all that long and provided us both brownies for the wait which was very nice.
