Went last night through the drive thru and it was amazing. Service was excellent (as always), but the thing that stood out to me was my deluxe chicken sandwich. That chicken was cooked perfectly and was fresh. We all know what the end of a batch sandwich looks like and this was far from it. The veggies were also in great shape and we received plenty of condiments. My husband and daughter were also impressed with their meals.
This particular experience was an A+.

It was a decent chick fil a. A bit slower then we were use to but they were also pretty busy. But aren't they all? 30 count and a pimento cheese sandwich and it was all pretty good.

Every time I get Chick-fil-A, it's so good!
The nuggets and fries melt in your mouth there so good. Especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce!!! I highly recommend the sauce, I don't know how to explain it. It's just too good. If you're getting Chick-fil-A for the first time just know it gets better and better every time!

Chick-fil-a is always hot and fresh. The wait staff is polite and friendly. The wait is never long even when a lot of cars are in line. They get customers thru the line quickly.

Grilled chick wrap was alright. Service was super friendly. The new pimento cheese sandwich was not as good as the original options, stick with your old favorites. Location was clean.

I’ve been served via drive-thru and inside and each experience has always been stellar. I’m not sure how they go about training team members, but they do a stellar job—- I’ve never had a negative interaction with the staff. The food is the best part: it’s SO good, obviously. It always tastes fresh and it’s consistent quality. The inside area is always clean and service is fast… no matter how busy it is. CFA at Southroads is always an easy go-to!

Had a taste for some 'Chik-fil-A' before I cooked dinner, Saturday afternoon. The drive-thru service was Quick and the young Lady who brought out my order was Friendly. Plus, my food was Fresh and Tasty!😊
Updated Review: I just HAD to try their new 'Autumn Shake' and it did NOT disappoint! My Honey picked it up for me....Surprising me with 1 yesterday!🥰 It had the Right amount of cinnamon, cardamom, & cookie pieces....it was Delicious!😋 DEFINITELY Another 5 Stars.....

Outstanding! I’ve been both in the drive-thru and inside the dining area. My experience with both ; very swift drive-thru considering coronavirus. The dining area inside was extremely nice and clean. Even mouthwash inside of the restrooms. Wow 🤩 you will not be disappointed. Definitely excellent fast food service.
