Elmer's Bbq

Have known Keith for 20+ years. He has always been professional and considerate. The BBQ is exceptional and the sauce is wonderful. I love sliced brisket and pulled pork. I've never been disappointed. We've gotten catering for scouting events and birthdays. We will be using him for graduation and anytime we want excellent BBQ! Thank you!

Very clean and vibe new spot on Brookside. Attentive owner. Had their seasonal brisket chili and my wife had pulled pork sandwich. The chili is the best we have had in recent memory, unique smoky flavor. Pulled pork sandwich is juicy and pairs well with their sweet mixed BBQ sauce. Cornbread was nice and fluffy, with a sweetness thats not overbearing. We also came way after the lunch time and food was still fresh and top notch. Thanks for the great food and service.

Keith and staff are the kind of people you want to support in your community. The environment is welcoming and the food is excellent! Mr. Keith and his assistant, Ms. Rogelia, came outside with a huge trash can to help me pick weeds, on a hot summer day. Brookside is very blessed to have them on the strip. I highly recommend eating at Elmers BBQ and supporting their business. Great food and awesome service!!!

Found out today that Elmer’s has reopened. I immediately had to stop in and bring company to share the experience! It was like Elmer’s never left and it was a trip down memory lane again. The Elmer’s trademark sandwich “Badwich” is the best experience of the flavor of meats, a rib and sides. It was good to see the same staff from the previous location still here. When you are walking along Brookside, stop in to see the Jazz memorabilia or grab some local BBQ and experience the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff yourself. Thank you for coming back!
