We had a great experience and absolutely loved having Heather w/ a bow take care of us! She went above and beyond with everything! Salmon was on point as well as the steak! Thanks!

We have been to a few of the Outback locations here in Tulsa and tonight, on Christmas Eve, we came to the Yale location! WE LOVED IT! We were seated immediately and we had the most lovely waitress, Mariah. She was very considerate of a dairy allergy one of our guest had and she made sure nothing in their meal had dairy. She was so attentive and kind. The food was delicious but Mariah is definitely the reason we’ll be coming back!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!!! The managers and the staff were highly courteous and understanding of my situation. I signed up to the rewards program online but never received an email for the free blooming onion. I explained situation to manager and he was so kind and considerate about it, spoke to three different people here and all went above and beyond in their professionalism and their courteousness. I HIGHLY SUGGEST EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM GET A RAISE SOON THEY DEFINENTLY DESERVE IT!!! The food was amazing especially the Fried Sydney Shrooms!!! I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT ENOUGH!!! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!!

Mai was a fantastic waitress! Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hubby asked to come for his birthday and the food was DELISH! AND they sent him home with a free piece of cheesecake. Thank you for an amazing experience! He had a great birthday!!!

Service was excellent. My steak was just a little bit dry, maybe a little overcooked. We were seated next to a large family who was noisy. It won't keep me from going back. Outback is a good place to get a decent steak at a decent price.

I’ve been standing here in Togo for about 15 minutes and the person running the Togo door (Ella) has had person after person, calls, and has been busy since I got here. I just watched a customer catch an attitude with her as well and she replied with a smile. Fantastic customer service and as always I’m a fan of the food. I hope Ella sees this and knows she is doing absolutely wonderfully. I said how great you are doing to the manager as well.

Dinner with my old buddies from 40 years ago was excellent. Carissa was our server and didn't miss a thing. She was likely one of the best servers I've ever experienced. Everything was hot and delicious that was served to us. Our tea glasses were kept full the whole time we were there. The manager Nicole even came by our table and checked on us to see if we needed anything. I've always gotten good food here but these ladies made our reunion more memorable.
I will definately recommend and return for more.

Visited due to celebrating my mom's birthday. The food was good and the service was excellent! I've never been so it was a nice experience with my family. It is expensive. Be sure to have money when you go! :)
