We had a delicious lunch- flavorful and fresh. Yes service was quiet but friendly. The Vietnamese pizza was yummy! And soups were light and enjoyable. Fried rice with shrimp was not heavy on the oil and fresh vegetables. And Peanut sauce was fresh. We enjoyed our meal. Our friends come regularly- now I know why. We will be returning 😁. Parking was plenty.

Atmosphere was nice. Service was okay. Not great . Food was delicious. I'm definitely glad I tried it and will go back.

There's nothing special about the atmosphere. The service is "relaxed" but not bad or rude, just ambivalent. The food is very good but, even if you order something like beef with broccoli, you might struggle to find some beef in there. This might sound like a bad review, but it's not: the food is really good and worth the visit, but if you're feeling your inner apex predator on any given day, that's not the day for Ri Le's.

Who doesn't love Ri Le's? Extraordinary healthy food and served with grace and kindness. Anytime I can go, I do. This food is healing and #1 yum-yum...dine-in or take-out, you never lose.

Wonderful little Vietnamese restaurant. I had the shrimp fried rice & egg rolls & my friend had the spring rolls & wonton soup. Highly recommend.

I came for the Pho. It was good, just not my favorite. I will be back to try some of their other dishes. The stir fry they were serving other tables smelled delicious. My issue with their soup is they dressed the soup for you, no plate with bean sprouts, lime. And herbs... also they did not offer chili oil (sa te) and that is a deal breaker for me. They did have Sriracha and chili paste.... but nah... gotta have my chili oil!!! The large soup order was still a bit small for me, but priced at under 10$, it is still a great value.

He makes everything from scratch!!! I walk in, having never been there before but noticing all the awards on the door. I see a man pulling out a chair for me, wow! My friend ordered veggie roll type appetizers and they were way better than any other roll Ive ever had. My friend says he makes everything from scratch and I said, the guy who pulled out my chair? My friend said yes and I was really impressed and glad that there are people still out there that go above and beyond. I took a picture of him (included in pictures) there was also a nice lady. I liked that she told me what dressing went with what and how to eat it without me having to ask. In other places they just set stuff down, so I really liked the personalisation. The food was obviously scratch made with good proportions. The rolls actually had veggies in them! Other places just get there stuff shipped in a bag and are poor quality with nothing in it and throw it in the fryer. Also, they have an original menu. Not the same as everybody else! A+ I agree, best in Tulsa!

This place is a family favorite for us. The owner always comes around and greets us and makes sure everything is ok. I am in love with the spring rolls here that are in rice paper with the peanut sauce. Absolutely delicious! The special soup is great for when you are sick and pretty much cures all ailments! Overall a great place.

Food was exceptional. I got Bun Cha Gio, vegetarian Vietnamese spring rolls w/ peanut sauce & chicken soup (broth tasted like Pho broth, which I Loved!). I loved it all! I feel like the Customer Service could be better though. I tried to ask questions about the menu on the phone as it’s been years since I’ve been here, but the man who picked up the phone wasn’t a gentleman at all; he seemed abrupt & annoyed at my questions; so, I drove & ordered inside to go. Oh well. The food was tasty though.
