Chimera is a classic spot for me: plenty of veggie options, coffee & juice, crunchy sprouts, homemade everything, shredded carrots, good stuff. And it suffers from some of the same issues, namely banker's hours mixed with inconsistent late night (til 8pm!) experimentation, resulting in infrequent visits. I'd love to eat there more but I am a bit of a one meal a day dinner person and so it just never works out. Cause for real, the pictured veggie burger is one of the BEST I've HAD, like across the whole dang world. Chimera, you're like the super pretty smart girl that would be good for me, so I have a huge crush but I just can't get together with her. She's always studying.

Really delicious food! The jam sandwich is delicious and had a tiny hint of garlic - overall amazing flavor! The avocado BLT was also very tasty, but the bread stole the show. So light and fluffy but thick cut. Would definitely come back and try some juices or teas.

Delicious food for everyone! Carnivores, vegans, and gluten free. The tacos were so delicious I could only wait to take a picture of one of them. The portions are also a good size, which makes this place a good deal! Stop by if you're in Tulsa.

Fantastic vegetarian and vegan options with great service. Tons of seating and places to work. Also have a ballroom at the back. Prices are reasonable and the food has tons of unique flavors. Highly recommend the burritos!

I was visiting someone in Tulsa and was looking for a restaurant that served vegan options. I Google searched and found Chimera. I must say that the vegan meal that I chose was excellent! If you are vegan and looking for a restaurant with vegan options would highly recommend dining here.

I loved this restaurant. The food was delicious and unique. It's easy to be gluten-free sensitive here. There are so many different flavors I had never heard of. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the servers were delightful. I can't wait until my next trip to Tulsa!

Hip spot with large windows, cool decor and art on the walls. It’s counter ordering with food delivered to your table, unless you order a breakfast burrito (they are pre-made, kept warm at the register wrapped in foil). My breakfast tacos were delicious!! (Order 2-they’re not very big) I also ordered a fresh juice which was fantastic. (2 tacos, breakfast burrito and juice was around $30) The food and coffee menus are not extensive but the choices all sounded delicious! It was a late Saturday morning…we got the last table, but tables turned pretty quickly. It was pretty warm out but they do have a handful of outside tables too. It took quite a long time to get the food, but it was worth the wait. There was a cart at the front with a self-serve water bar and condiments like Cholula. Great little spot 👍🏼

Fantastic little coffee shop-eatery in downtown Tulsa. I enjoyed a quality drip brew and cigar on the patio. Didn’t dine but the food offerings looked great. Super friendly service in a clean space.

This is my favorite brunch spot in Tulsa! I love going with a friend & sitting outside. I basically always get the Made in the USA breakfast bowl & a hazelnut latte (sometimes with Bailey's). Everything is so yummy! Including the bakery items! Yum

This is a fun local joint with really good breakfast tacos. We went for breakfast. We ordered the Made in the USA breakfast bowl and two tacos, green eggs and ham and the disappearing taco. They were all delicious.
If you want a quieter sitting area, go sit in the back of the building next to the stage.

Beautiful sunny and 70’s! Came in for a proper espresso drink! We had exactly that and more…. Live music was great and also in the back room was a record sale with so many amazing records for sale by a bunch of knowledgeable vendors! Thanks to my best bro Gordon Holmes for the Willie Nelson record! Back to the front to listen to another amazing band and to have two craft Heirloom beers and a clean healthy lunch! The service all day was top notch and was a great start to our Sunday adventures! Thank you to the entire staff and all who were at that record sale! We will be back!!

Lovely cafe with both vegan and omnivore options. Went twice for breakfast on a visit to Tulsa. On day one had the vegan biscuits and gravy. On day two had vegan breakfast tacos. All was delicious and I was sad i didn't have room for any of the delectable-looking vegan baked goods. Coffee was top-notch. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Tulsa

Very very nice Cafe and brunch.
I love string coffee and I Chimera has a perfect one. Also good choice of fresh juices. However I had to give 4 stars only because of my Avocado toast. I had a delicious bun, but guacamole they put on top had a very modest amount, so as the texture of it was very poor of avocado and super sour. Gave me an impression that this guacamole was not homemade but delivered from Target. Sorry if that's to harsh but I'm just being honest.
Overall very cute place to visit especially for coffee.
Recommend beverages, not avo toast.

This place is great! Amazing options for vegan, vegetarian, meat-eaters and everything in between! I LOVED the juices and both items I tried were SO good! My favorite part was the love. They love working there. They love being a part of the community- and it shows! Good food- good prices but you’ll come back for the people! Also! Great Wall art!
