Fazoli's

I took our high school tennis team to this location last night and the service and food were both wonderful. It was late and we were already turned-away from two restaurants because they didn't have the staff for the six of us. The staff at Fazoli's were welcoming and the food was quick, fresh, and fast. I was so thankful. Whoever is running the place is doing it correctly!

We went through the drive thru and got a couple of items. One was a meal - the salad was missing and the sweet tea taste awful. Management refuses to let us get the salad refunded or for another day - even though we work 12 hour shifts and only have a 30 minute window to get our lunch and eat it. The manager of this store hung up on us as well. I normally don’t do this but the way the manager handled the situation was unacceptable. Especially with hanging up on us.

Went to the fazolis in tullahoma tn. Everyone was great, food was awesome. I had the number 9 sausage. My wife had the baked spaghetti. The breadsticks oh my god, first time trying them. I ate 3 baskets by myself alone. But every thing, is awesome and most in definitely will be back because there food is very authentic in Italian cuisine that you can get. But hope this helps a further person, also the baked spaghetti my wife got was just under 9 and the number 9 that I had was was just under 9 add 2 drinks and we where just about 24 dollars. That was really good service and good food. I will be back again.
