Great ice cream, but slow service!! They have alot of clients for ice-cream but low and slow workers. Been in line for more than 15mins and still probably wait more.

Like a lot of the reviews. This place is horrible. Completely filthy, melted ice cream and about as warm inside as it is outside. Owner is definitely not interested in running a quality business. Take your dollars somewhere else. Too bad there isn’t a zero star rating.

Terrible service. An entire family walked in before me and my boyfriend and ordered, which was fine. They were there first. After waiting to be helped at the counter for over 5 minutes, the same family returned, cut us and was helped immediately. Filthy on the inside and terrible customer service. Do not recommend. We went to Big Kahuna instead and it was wonderful :)

Wanted some ice cream before the movie an hr before they closed already had the chairs up so only a small handful of people can sit. The floor was so gross for 3 people to be working there and not cleaning and then they only had 15 different flavors of ice cream to choose from. I thought its baskin Robbins 31 flavors.... so disappointed

Thank you for understanding food allergies and knowing exactly which ice creams were safe and how to prepare it for my egg-allergic daughter. We enjoyed our ice cream without fear of cross contamination.
The line was long, but service was quick and friendly.

Terrible service..On a hot day when you go into a ice cream shop you want some relief from the heat..but at this place I was so disappointed all the ice cream was melted the slushy my daughter got was watered down..we literally threw 25 dollar's away ..
