If you’re looking for best veggie broth around this is the place! I know the mall doesn’t come to mind for some delicious pho but this was a rare find . And their spring rolls are delicious! Their service is always great!

Just had an afternoon veggie pho and I loved it, the taste was great, it had lots of veggies inside. The girl working there was nice. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews but I liked the place.

Worst pho place I ever had in my life. Theirs fried calamari is bad it smells so stinky and wet, dipping sauces for spring rolls was just hoisin sauces with so much sugars, and the broth for pho was bad. Mostly they sale spoil food here. I threw up and have food poisoning from here.

We went for lunch. We were the very first customers, so the service was decent. Food came quickly. Food was average. The price seemed a bit high.

Food was really good service could be better had to ask for almost everything wish it were a bit cleaner as well. Restroom was also not working couldn't wash hands.

This place has problems, IMOP it stems from bad owners and poor management. FOH The place is dirty but not filthy. Boxes of to-go bags left piled in the corner, remnants of whatever was splattered on the wall. Here we are the beginning of winter and this place is overdue for spring cleaning... Service was bare bones. Here is your seat, what do you want, here is your food. Server never seen again until it was time to pay. I don't blame the servers for the poor service I blame the management for not having more staff on the floor. Two employees to service all the customers, cook the orders, and take care of the cleaning, restocking and the prep...yes these employees are TOO BUSY.
BOH I did not see the kitchen or coolers for myself but if the front is that bad I can only imagine how bad the back is. I will point out that the employee who took my payment in cash did not bother changing their gloves after handling cash.

Flavorless, over priced, if Jack in the Box served Pho, this is what it would taste like but they'd be reasonably priced. My life is worse off for having wasted money here. I only ate it because they pretended to not understand English when I complained so I had to get something
