Blue C Sushi

First time coming here and here's my thoughts.. Pros: Nice decor and lighting. Dishes, tables and floor was clean. Sushi is good, nothing out of the ordinary. The waiter was great and kept checking on us and filling our water. Cons: We were seated all the way in the back even though there were only 2 of us, and it wasn't busy. There is no waiting seats, so if you're waiting for a table you have to stand there looking awkward, or just leave to find another restaurant. There is no variety with the sushi on the belt, same stuff over and over. You have to request sushi off the menu for something different. Unless all you like is California rolls and chocolate puffs.

A fun and unique place to eat! I loved the conveyer belt system, it looked so cool! My husband and I were debating between all you can eat sushi and this- we left paying the same price we would have for all you can eat, but I left feeling hungry and had to eat when I got home. The cost per plates add up fast. However each plate has a few pieces on it, like maybe four? So it’s better than some places with only one piece per plate I’ve been to. I’ve had better sushi in my small home town, a little disappointed in the taste. I was looking forward to finally having sushi from the coast. However we did come an hour before close so maybe it was less fresh ingredients? Overall: fun experience, aesthetically pleasing but mediocre taste and the price adds up quickly.

A pretty typical blue C conveyor belt experience. When we attended, Perhaps it is the time of the day, the quality of the sushi was a little shy. Overall, it was still very good, but it was just a little bit off the radar. We also ordered a warm sake, and that was not very good. The sake taste as sour as if over ripen or has been sitting out a long time. It was the worst part of the meal. All Things Considered, 3.5 star for being average maybe around up to four star.
