The manager Yvette was great. Her customer service is impeccable. I had a issue with my order and she took care of me. No questions asked. She was fast and polite I really enjoyed her energy she made my negative experience into a positive experience within seconds of me talking to her.. her customer service and love for the customers is amazing, you don't see that too often, especially at fast food restaurants. We need more people like Yvette at that location. Man is she awesome.

Most of the customer service was amazing, however one employee that was working the cash register and taking orders seem to be disgusted in his PAID duties/role in having to work at a fast food restaurant. Very rude to not just me but all the other customers.. and I would think being in a customer service atmosphere especially working at cash register a manager would expect him to have a certain level of respect for customers or just people in general! He seemed more entertained with the color of his hair and playing with split ends more than anything! Overall all the other workers were great and amazing except that one! Come on Burger King you could do better!!

Crewmember amazing 👏, manger said hello Yvette. I when I got my order it was nice and hot. Exactly how I order it. Thank you Burger King for you all your effort you put in. And when I left manager Bethany said good bye and have a nice day. Just love them.

Normal fast food place. The service is usually good here, and I never had a problem with the food. They do get busy sometimes, even during the week. I had to wait about 10 min on occasion to get my food but the employees always try to keep things moving.

The impossible whopper tastes like a regular whopper. It's so tasty. Ready for another one!!! Waiting for my order on the drive thru. I observed the professional teamwork by the workers. Even the managers were working. They were all pulling for each other. 10 all the way!!! Love this burger king location.

OMG the Impossible Whopper tastes EXACTLY like a Whopper !! It’s really good. The order took a while but that BK is in a challenging location to say the least. The lady working the drive through seemed like she was simultaneously herding cats but she was nice and had a great attitude.

Store #3196 I was gonna do the survey but lost my receipt🙃 But the food is usually freshly cooked,nicely warm and crispy👍My cashier was Kristen on Aug4 and she was patient, kind and just overall very helpful and when a Karen came in to yell at Kristen for getting charged $1 as Tax Kristen remained calm and continued to explain that Tax is a thing till getting hit by the Karen when she had told Karen to leave then Kristen went back to working and helped the next customer with a smile and kind tone(would've been a 5 but there are a lot of flies In the dinning area)

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. They give me coupons once a month. I buy enough for six people. Drinks fries burgers and extra food for everyone for the price of $20. And I'm talking about Whoppers with fries sodas regular size, and chicken fries.
