Ice machine needed to be cleaned out and that was kind of a bummer, but the customer service and atmosphere were great!

I have to say, as far as Subways go, this one is tops. The place is super clean. The bread is soft, we're talking fresh (unlike every other Subway I've been to) The Sandwiches are always delicious because of this, and the veggies are fresh too I might add. But the most important thing to mention was not the food surprisingly, it was the customer service. I have been here many times now, usually 5:00 in the evening on a weeknight, and the staff are incredibly polite and upbeat. More places should take a note from them. Keep it up Subway 27160, you're the best!

One of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had. Emma and Heidi took care of all of my pregnant wife’s demands. They were super polite and friendly. I am eternally grateful and I will be returning as much as possible to this location solely for that reason!

I love subway, but the one thing that makes it better is great service. Today I came across a great employee that handles everything as perfectly as he can. His name is Ivan and if you ever cross his path, you will not be disappointed.

Super nice guy behind the counter. Didn't skimp on any of the ingredients. I think his name was Kurt (?). Very personable. An asset to the business (it's hard making small talk with strangers, but this employee had the skill down pat). A very pleasant dinning experience all the way around. Thank you!
