My girlfriend and I had errands in the area, and she had never tried a sourdough jack before. It's fast food, and can't describe it as a place to go out of the way for. But, service was nice, reasonably fast, and the food came out hot and fresh.
The people are Great, Services is Great, but you already know Jack-in-the-Box is about to give you some of the lowest quality food there is on this world.
Great customer service. Cashier accidentally sold a discontinued product without knowing but he made absolutely sure we were taken care of. The manager did come up to apologize as well, but the cashier had already made it right. I am thankful that a business like Jack In the Box empowers their employees to think outside the box and allows them to extend great individual customer service. That's exactly what we got today. Thank you.
Areas were found clean and well organized, food was hot and delicious.
Today's visit was really good! I have never had a Burger so delicious and customer service so friendly! When I went there I wasn't sure what I wanted to get. The girl on the intercom asked if I wanted to try this triple bonus combo. I was just barely saying no when I thought about it and asked how much it was not even knowing what it was. And it's almost like her voice changed the second I said yes that I wanted that. The burger is so juicy and filling! Yum!! Thanks for asking if I wanted to try this. Almost as good as the chicken strip would had been👍🏻
It's good for late night eggrolls... they offered me teriyaki sauce but gave me sweet and sour instead. It was a friendly drive thru interaction and the food was fresh. The parking lot and entrance are rough.
Manager Cheppis had a pleasant attitude, she brought our order #444 to our table.

Road trip drive through visit we ordered a 21 and two 22's. First visit for me in decades but I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast sandwiches. I'll definitely consider Jack in the future.
It was freezing in the restaurant :) but the staff was friendly and service was quick. Food was warm. Overall a positive experience
