Very cool little vegan place in Tucson. Focuses on fresh, natural and organic ingredients. I tried a little of everything for breakfast, it was all good especially the freshly ground oatmeal. Outdoor seating or carryout only. Not as well refined as most places but that's part of the character of small business. It certainly adds to the uniqueness of this place and doesn't take away from the love that's in every meal prepared here. Pictured are the freshly ground oatmeal, sourdough pancake, biscuit and chorizo.

Great pancakes! Made from Teff which is an Egyptian ancient grain, very good for you but it tastes amazing. Goes good with their coffee. Great atmosphere for your doggies too.

This place is excellent. Just walk in, say "what's fresh" and take whatever they have. Delicious vegetables. I had the rice stir fry. $6

I'm really disappointed I hadn't found this place on my previous trips to Tucson and I'm so glad I finally did see it. It wasn't nearly as far from my hotels as some of the other places, it's open for breakfast (vegan breakfast is a very exciting thing for me) even on weekdays, they have multiple options for delivery, and they have some unique menu items. I left my teff pancakes in the fridge for a few days and didn't feel like warming them up when I ate them and they were great even like that. The pm options look good too, especially the vegetable stir fry. The patio area is a nice little oasis and sets the tone before you even walk in. The employee at the counter was so nice and genuine. I can't wait to go back!.

It was a quiet Sunday evening and we wondered if they were still open. We were too late for some menu items so we both had the tepary bean based burgers. They were tasty, filling, and came with really good condiments. The smashed potatoes were included as a side. We enjoyed our meal and the outdoor seating under a full moon and pleasant autumn temperatures. We'll be back.

I had the stir fry and my friend had the firfir; both were amazing! Mack was a pleasure!

A wonderful kindness. The food was fantastic and the staff were very caring. Both my husband and myself are furloughed government employees and our dinner was free. Thank you so much for the lovely soup and fried rice. Our daughter lived the bread, too!

So delicious, unique and friendly. We were visiting from out of state. If I lived here, I would eat here regularly. We had the burger and smashed potato, house made hummus with crisp bread and cookies for dessert. Everything was amazing vegan food made in house!

Zinman's is the quintessential local joint. It's rough around the edges so for those who prefer a waiter or waitress at their beckon call, and polished construction and design, this isn't your place. Zinman's is real food for real people. They put their heart and soul into their food and it absolutely comes through in the quality of the ingredients and the combination of flavors. This is the type of restaurant we should be supporting- eclectic, passionate, fresh, and quirky. Don't listen to the complainers, those people should stick to corporate entities.

Super quirky, tiny gem on a side street in Tucson. The owner was the only one working, and he cooked our meals on the spot. It was a bit of a wait, but that is to be expected when two meals are being made from scratch. The menu that day was VERY limited (like, 3 items to choose from) but they were unique and quite good. The owner clearly cares a lot about veganism and humanitarian rights, so check it out if you share those values!
