Customer service is taken seriously here which is a big shocker now a days.
Visited on Thanksgiving morning. Manager and most of the staff were nice. Except for this one lady who was cleaning the restroom and insisted she needed to finish it before she could let someone in. The T-Rex was dressed up and ready for the holiday season 😀
Best Big Mac I've had in a very long time and it looked perfect!! Staff was friendly, attentive, and fast. Super service! Great food! Oh yeah, then there's this HUGE dinosaur in their parking lot... He's kinda a big deal. 😁
They have the dinosaur outside and an active play place in a separate room. The service here has always been great. They always have long lines in the drive thru, but still treat in store customers well. They have kiosks and an extra register to help customers.
Shoutout to the crew working tonight! I asked for an obscene amount of salt and pepper, the maximum McDonald's allows, and they did not disappoint. The mcdouble patties were speckled black and white like TV static!
Very happy!! Everything for my breakfast was excellent and everyone was so nice.
Standard McDonald's food. Nothing more to see here, but thy have a big T-Rex out front.
2 adults and 2 children $43.00. 2 four piece chicken nugget happy meals...Big Mac meal and Quarter pounder w/cheese meal. Nothing extra...felt it was a bit high priced.
This is what McDonald's is suppose to be like. I don't know what makes this McDonald's so different from all the other McDonald's in Tucson, but this McDonald's seems to get it right more often than not.
If I had to guess what makes this McDonald's so, so different than all the other McDonald's in Tucson, my guess would be the people who work here. The staff and management here seem to enjoy working here. They are professional, friendly, polite, seem genuine and most importantly, they don't serve their guests food that looks like someone slam dunked it in the bag.
Then again, maybe the crew at this McDonald's does such a wonderful job is because they're just afraid if they screw up the owner will feed them to the T-rex standing out front... LOL. Keep up the awesome work everyone.

Let's talk about the atmosphere. A dinosaur and golden arches. Could this be more awesome a T-Rex beats McDonald's play place any day! I'd like to mention, the ice cream machine works. So visit Tucson, go to this McDonald's, marvel at the T-Rex and get your ice cream!
This is another covid post gave this place five stars for the dinosaur outside has a mask on. Funny note cashier didnt know what non carbonated meant. Overall a pleasant visit
