Dakota took excellent control of a mixed up situation. Over the phone ordering system advised me to take a coupon into the store. However, this location is a franchise location and not corporate. They do not take this specific coupon here. Dakota stepped in and made everything all good. Thank you!

I stopped in and ordered the gentleman behind the counter was very curtious and polite...he gave me very great customer service food ready right on time ....great choice for tonight and the double chocolate brownies are heavenly 🤤😋as well the chicken parmesan bites😉

I called and placed an order over the phone and the gentleman I believe he said his name was Allen that took my order was beyond amazing ! He went above and beyond for us and very patient on our order it took us like 15 minutes to figure what was best for our family but I must say he’s the first person ever to speak to at this store who wasn’t rude and he had patience and the best customer service! I hope I got the name right but thank you allen so much glad to know there’s still good people out here who care about helping others and have great customer service! Keep up the good work

Great service. Had trouble calling the store but the manager explained to me a better way. I felt welcomed and the professional service was great. Not only was the visit informative but the crew working seemed like a real team and got orders out within the time given to us. The food was amazing and my family is happy. Thank you guys! I shall be returning to this location.

Order delivery all the time. All the delivery drivers have been great but sometimes the pizzas have been fresher than others. Both times it's been delivered by Briana (probably spelled it wrong) and she is just the cutest thing. And she has great integrity. I did math wrong and she called to confirm whether the tip I wrote or the total was correct (tip was...so I'm glad she called). Her boss needs to give her a raise

Tonight I tried to order food from door dash. They were unable to deliver for whatever reason. I decided to order papa John's. Its Saturday night so I am sure they are busy so I expected a wait. It has taken over an 1.5 hrs to get my order. However, I am not at all upset as the store has called me twice to update me on the status of my order and offered me a free desert for the delay. The wait is a little longer than I would have liked but the customer service this store offers overshadows the wait time. Great communication!

I drive out of my way to come to this specific location, I’ve had trouble with my neighborhood Papa John’s with order accuracy. This location always gets it right, if you order extra cheese, you can actually get extra cheese. Thanks!

I didn’t catch the employees name BUT someone needs to let this girl know what a great impact she made on my day! I came in holding my baby and after I signed my receipt she opened the door for me AND took my soda and pizza to my truck. I didn’t ask for help at all she just went out of her way to be a nice human! I really appreciate that, most people just watch the struggle but she knew I would need help. I see you girl! Thank you so much for being such a kind person!!!!
