Burger King

First time at this location, I went for breakfast and the food and customer service was great. The man who took my order was patient and got the order correct and was polite and respectful and I was able to start off my day in a good mood and have a good morning because of the gentlemen’s excellent customer service. He was an older man with eyeglasses maybe a manager bald head but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. Usually I don’t order at the window after I placed my order at the intercom but I did this morning and the man had no problem ringing me up for an iced coffee and served us with a great attitude. I can’t tell you how many places I’ve been where the employee will become disgruntled because of a order at the window or because they don’t like working morning or whatever but this man set the bar for customer service EXCELLENT! And he should we acknowledged and rewarded for such outstanding customer service because that is how every employee should treat their customers. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Burger King ever! Thank you for your epic service bro!

Practically live off this BK these days great deals and offers when you get there app and join there loyalty club staff is friendly and helpful one of the staff took the time to walk me through how to sign up and use there app even thought they were no longer on the clock. Food is well prepared not just sloppy and thrown together plus they always have a smile when you walk through there doors the place is always clean and quiet

This particular Burger King has become my all time favorite location. It's always clean, they are always welcoming and the fries are always Hot!. I arrived here as a homeless person, down on my luck, feeling ashamed, but every morning they treated me as a human being. They let me use their wifi for business and keeping in touch with family, they let me charge my phone and because of this I was no longer homeless after 1 week. I want to thank the staff there and the management for being kind, professional and for going above the call of duty.

Ordered a low carb whopper with 4 meat patties. 2 of the patties were veggie patties and the girl who took my food to my car was dead high 🚬 and her eyes were blood shot red and didn't know what she was delivering to me 🚫🍔 Went back the next day and the female manager was able to correct the issue and was very helpful and pleased 🙂 thank you!
