Staff is so nice. They have vegan cheese sauce. It’s delicious! Hope they keep it on the menu
So get this. I pull up to the Bell, ordered my food and the guy told me the total. Also asked me what sauces I wanted and how many.
I pulled up and paid. Now get this! I turned to put my Apple Pay phone back on the dashboard cradle, and as I turned my head back to the window, my food was in the bag being held by the employee!
At first, I’m like: “In what dimension am I in that a fast food drive through was ordered, paid for and delivered in under 1 minute?”
Then I realized I was here on earth in Tucson, at this Taco Bell!
Fantastic job at bringing the convenience and, more importantly “fast” food back to Tucson!!

My online orders are always hot and ready to go, for sure my favorite location that is within a good distance of me. Staff have always been friendly.
I don’t fault this location for this as this has been a universal Taco Bell issue for me. Don’t order the tacos, the price is insane for the tiny tiny portion of meat you get. And for the price they charge for adding sour cream, might as well go home and put it on myself 😂
Also the new summer drink is delicious.
You know what to expect in the franchises chain. This place is clean and near Tucson botanica garden, so perfect for quick in and out.
I eat here way more often than I should, but there aren't a lot of options in the middle of the night. The food is generally okay - it's Taco Bell food, nothing wonderful. I've had a few hiccups with my orders, particularly when the new college kids started working, but the manager was very apologetic and even gave me a coupon when I came back to get an order remade.
What really makes this location stand out and keeps me coming back are the people. Almost everyone I interact with is friendly - and NOT in the "grin and bear it because this is customer service" type way. They seem to genuinely be in good moods.
A special shout out to Justin, who works the drive thru a lot. He is always kind, eager to please, and very thorough.
You may occasionally see homeless people begging for food in the drive thru, but this is rare, and they are usually polite.
This was a perfect tacobell experience. I was starving, and my girlfriend and I didn't feel like making or cleaning anything tonight, so we ordered on the app. 2 tacos, 2 burritos, with some modifications. We show up, and the cashier is very friendly over the speaker. She quickly gets the order for me, tells me to have a good night, and I drive home. Everything was very neatly put together, all the sauces I asked for, every modification, nothing was sloppy, and everything tasted great. That's a lot more than I can say for the tacobell off Speedway and Campbell.
Food is ok for Mexican fast food. Good prices. Clean atmosphere. Not too bad on the speed. Have been friendly so far and accommodating. Miss those apple empañadas they discontinued.Why?!
My boyfriend and I had an exceptional experience with Oz at the front register the other night. He is joyous, humorous, accommodating, and honestly made our entire night. Give that man a raise! 1/10
It was a normal day and I decided to get some food from my local taco bell when Harriet Tubman came out of no where and throat punched me I started to choke and everything was going black then I woke up to one of the employees giving me CPR and saved my life. Thank you guys for your service you are truly life savers
I'm impressed with the team work and staffing at this location. The employees were all working together, communicating and making sure orders were correct. I even saw the manager helping out which in my opinion is a definite plus. Never had an order be incorrect or poorly made.
