I work very hard for my money and lately I've been getting off late and by the time hungry nothing is open. This McDonald's I very lucky to have one stellar employee. Richard. He's there late at night and my fries are always hot when I get them home. He has a smile and is so polite. He's just a wonderful person and their very lucky to have him. It means a lot that, even though every time I'm there I use a coupon on my phone, it is always hot and tasty... Without a long wait. I highly recommend this McDonald's for your late night cravings.

7-17-17 evening crew was AWESONE! I even witness an employee get pinned, and was able to see how grateful staff are with each other! MR. CANCHOLA GREAT JOB IN HIRING GREAT PEOPLE.
I never thought I'd ever write a review for McDonald's. However, this location stands head and shoulders above most fast-food restaurants in the area. The staff is incredible - friendly, attentive, and fast. The dining room is clean. The food tastes delicious. If you're going to do fast food, I highly recommend this location on Ajo Way. Thanks for the friendly service!
I've only visited this McDonald's location once but the attended at the drive-thru food window was so friendly and cheerful, I wish I'd have caught her name because she totally made my day and the coffee I ordered was delicious too! I ordered on the app because it's so convenient to customize the options and my order was ready soon after I arrived.
Visited this McDonald's this evening. Manager Edward was very friendly amazing customer service from every employee. Being from Phoenix never see good customer service anymore. Edward brought the food to our table and eben brought the kids free ice cream cones! If u visit let Edward know he is amazing.
Classic McDonald's food and prices. Nice employees. Clean eating area. Wish McDonald's at large would stop remodeling their places in a way that eliminates employee/guest interactions.
I typically order using my mobile app when I visit this location. The gentleman who brought out our food was very kind and considerate and went back inside to get the straws that I didn't notice were missing. Thank you for your hard work and going the extra mile!

Came here at 2AM in the night and had a big order. Despite the size of our order, the service was very quick. The man at the drive-thru was absolutely spectacular. So polite and seems to love his job. It definitely put me and my friends in a good mood (as well as the Uber driver). Forgot the name of the employee but I would like to thank him for the great experience!

It's a McDonald's so the food is and and same with the atmosphere. However the service is great. Never gets my order wrong. That and they always smile so it's pretty great for a McDonald's.
