Fat Noodle

My brother and I went to try this Noodles restaurant 5 minutes from where II live. When we got inside we were greeted right away and we check the menu that is located on one board that would help us to make our order faster. We ordered and our food was served in less than 10 minutes. We love the presentation and it was delicious. We like the place, especially my brother since he's a big Animé need, he was telling me some of the characters hanging on the walls. The place very clean and can chill while eating our food.

Very solid ramen , broth and toppings were spot on, we had the FN (house) ramen and the spicy shiitake ramen. IMHO the house ramen broth could definitely use some taré but that’s nitpicking. Gyoza were very light and have a moist pork and cabbage filling and the dipping sauce had a nice subtle heat. Want to go back for the burger!

OMG 🙊 this burger is incredibly delicious! It is on a hidden menu at this 🍜 spot! The meat was juicy, veggies fresh and crisp, the bun toasted and light, bacon and onions cooked to perfection, and sauces complimentary. The guy cooking the burger took pride in creating it, thankyou! My only problem is, now you know!😍🤩🤑

Fat noodle is a pretty proper ramen joint. We ordered a gyoza appetizer and two bowls of FN ramen. The gyoza was delicious! It was crispy on one side, soft on the other and had a fresh ginger taste to it. The ramen was good but for me left a bit to be desired. The broth was fantastic, it had a nice full pork flavor. I was expecting udon noodles with a name like fat ramen, but they use a more traditional ramen which we were cool with. The pasta was perfectly cooked to a slight al dente and the bowl included mushrooms, a halved soft boiled egg, chashu pork, green onions and sesame seeds. Let's talk about the chashu pork, it was a bit bland and kind of fatty but paired well with the broth. The restaurant is nice and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is definitely up there. We paid $45 for two ramen an app and 2 drinks which we felt was pretty expensive. Also, they include gratuity in the price which we did not care for. ( We like to tip based on service) All in all my only complaint would be the turn and burn type seating (small uncomfortable chairs you don't want to sit in for long) but I suppose that's common for a community style eating establishment.

First time here, small quaint place. Great menu selections. fast service, and low price for the large portions. Since posting this ive been here a half dozen times. Have never had bad service or food. You cant please everyone and for those saying lack of salt, put more on, its on the condiment table. I myself don't like a lot of salt, so it was perfect for me. Have told my friends and will keep coming back, thank you!
