Frank, one of the managers at this location, along with many other workers accommodate my food allergies with great care and respect. Great people here. Couldn't ask for a better late night food stop.

I eat here nearly everyday because it's super close to my school and it's pretty cheap! The staff is always super nice and they always have my order ready super quickly! The tacos are always fresh as well as everything else I have ordered and it's always really good! The restaurant is very pretty and very clean ^^
I definitely recommend coming here as not only is the food always amazing, it's just very pleasant and I guess welcoming? I can always get some homework done there so that's a pro too!

Love it or hate it, it's open 24 hours and to a college student that's a blessing. The night shift people seem to be the best and I've never had a bad experience here. There has always been at least a few clean tables and the soda machine has tons of options. It's location is very convenient and I appreciate how well your food is presented. Whenever I've gone, it hasn't been very busy.

Nice place and friendly staff. For a fast food place it’s not very fast. I understand the staff can’t always be ready here. Especially dealing with all the drunk college students that recently left a bar or party. Like I said the staff are friendly but orders can take almost an hour at least based on personal experience. At that point I’d like a refund and just go home.

It's a relatively new Jack In The Box just opened this year so the restaurant itself is kinda nice, which is a plus. The service is always good at all times of the day. The food is always well presented not just thrown in a paper bag in a manner that reminds you of a baseball pitcher practicing their curve ball. Overall it's so good it reinstated a faith in fast food that was lost many years ago by actions committed by their much larger competitors.

I’ve been here a few times since their opening and each time I see the same people working and theyre always so nice and my food (that has some odd requests) has come out perfect each time. Compared to other location’s I’ve been to, this one is definitely on the ball and has a good group of people working here. 24HR schedule is also always appreciated.

I didn't have the food but I LOVED the decor. It has more of a lounge feel with an area in the dining room including a love seat and a coffee table. Literally the most upscale JIB I have ever stepped foot into. Very clean and beautiful dining room area. Perfectly located for people visiting family or friends at U of A
