Really good. 😋 Flavor to savor. A very satisfying experience. A little pricey but what sushi place isn’t? Seating is a bit tight. I look forward to a repeat performance. A friend took me here and we started in before I realized it was worthy of comment - that’s why some is already missing. Yum.

The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We ordered quite an array, and everyone in my party was happy. I almost deducted a star for the temperature of the restaurant, though. It was 105° out to give you an idea, and we all were uncomfortably hot the entire time. The fans are possibly rotating the wrong direction-you guys might want to check on that. They were going full blast but zero breeze was felt, air was hot and stale. Despite wanting to hurry up eat and leave so we could get to the AC of the truck, I highly recommend you check this place out. We will definitely return and I hope we get the same waitress. She was one of the best out there.

This was my first time visiting this location and I had a great experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted. I would like to acknowledge the fact that we also walked in 25min before they were closing and they gave us an exceptional service. 🫶🏽 We took our time reading through the menu and the server offered to help us of we had any questions. We got our food, within 10 minutes after we ordered and the food looked sooo delicious!! Me and my sister couldn't choose a favorite roll because they were all sooo soo good. We are definitely coming back, this sushi rolls are by far one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had.

Happy hour is a good deal! The dragon roll was my favorite. We also liked the tuna tataki sashimi.

The sushi for two combo was sooo delicious and a great value. We each had plenty of sushi to eat and a miso soup and side salad for each person. Staff was friendly and the quality of sushi was top notch. It was a full house too. Pretty much every seat was taken.

The restaurant was busy, so we sat at the sushi bar. The staff members we interactwd with were attentive and friendly. We took advantage of happy hour prices.

Really pleased with our meal! I was a little unsure about coming here because they aren't serving all you can eat, but that didn't even make a difference. We're a family of 4 and got a 20pc sashimi platter, 6 rolls, and 2 Salmon Nigiri and we were stuffed!! And the fish was so good!! And it was very reasonably priced for all of that! Service was great too - friendly and fast. Will be coming back often!

Excellent sushi at both Cortaro and River Rd locations. Great value as well and friendly staff. The Christmas role is my favorite as I'm allergic to egg so I don't have a lot of options. Delicious!

Sushi Garden who? Wow the Sushi volcano roll is phenomenal absolutely to die for! Best sushi in Tucson by far! I got it to go but the volcano roll instead of rice, it's cook salmon wrapped around the filling, so good!

There isn't a lot of great sushi in Tucson. Sushi Cortaro is an exception. Superb food; gorgeous presentation; kind, attentive staff. Prices are surprisingly better than some lower quality alternatives. You won't be disappointed.
