We've had some bad experiences at taco bell over the last couple of years but this one in particular was a lovely experience. Our order was correct (even with all our modifications) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this specific location.

Been here 4 times and only got order wrong once. Got some cinnamon twists to dip in my nacho cheese 🤣🤣 Food has been pretty fresh and hot. Service average.

Food aside, Mike the Manager is very nice and offered to correct a problem I had with a better option for free. Very nice guy with excellent customer service. Because of him ill be back.

Had an issue with my order. Staff fixed it with no issue, and the manager even came up to us personally to ensure everything was fine and if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation. Great service.

As far as a taco bell is concerned this is a nice one. Service was quick, staff was nice, and the restaurant itself was very modern looking.

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in over 30 years. I was really impressed with the taste of the food, and there's so much more than Tacos on the menu. The staff was very friendly, and despite telling me that they were really busy with drive up orders and my order might take 15 minutes or so, I received my order within 8 minutes of giving it. Will definitely be back here to eat while I'm here in Tucson.

We went on a Sunday night. They are super short staffed and only had 2-3 employees. We had a big order and they were legit. They worked hard, put out a quality product and were efficient. They apologized that it “took so long” but it really didn’t, especially considering the circumstances. It’s great to see people taking pride in their work even when they’ve been put in a difficult situation and the majority of their customers just don’t understand and only want to complain. I felt compelled to give them praise as it was some of the best TB we have ever had. Great Job Guys!

My family and i came in at peak dinner rush hour and things were very hectic to say the least. Drive thru was stacked- 8 cars deep, and when we walked in there was a lobby full of hungry impatient customers. The wait was unfortunately long, especially with hungry kids, but after they got the food out to us they apologized profusely and gifted us with free food vouchers. They were polite, friendly and courteous the entire time, regardless of rude customers. The way the manager handled the situation was with the upmost professionalism and ethical. Great management skills. VERY refreshing
