We've had some bad experiences at taco bell over the last couple of years but this one in particular was a lovely experience. Our order was correct (even with all our modifications) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this specific location.

Been here 4 times and only got order wrong once. Got some cinnamon twists to dip in my nacho cheese 🤣🤣 Food has been pretty fresh and hot. Service average.

Food aside, Mike the Manager is very nice and offered to correct a problem I had with a better option for free. Very nice guy with excellent customer service. Because of him ill be back.

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in over 30 years. I was really impressed with the taste of the food, and there's so much more than Tacos on the menu. The staff was very friendly, and despite telling me that they were really busy with drive up orders and my order might take 15 minutes or so, I received my order within 8 minutes of giving it. Will definitely be back here to eat while I'm here in Tucson.

Had an issue with my order. Staff fixed it with no issue, and the manager even came up to us personally to ensure everything was fine and if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation. Great service.

We went on a Sunday night. They are super short staffed and only had 2-3 employees. We had a big order and they were legit. They worked hard, put out a quality product and were efficient. They apologized that it “took so long” but it really didn’t, especially considering the circumstances. It’s great to see people taking pride in their work even when they’ve been put in a difficult situation and the majority of their customers just don’t understand and only want to complain. I felt compelled to give them praise as it was some of the best TB we have ever had. Great Job Guys!

This is one of the best Taco Bell's that exist. The food is always spot on and taste good. The employees are always pleasant. They did forget an item in my order one time, but they have been so good all the other times I didn't worry too much about it. Due to forgetting an item I can't give five stars, but I also specifically choose this taco bell any time I plan to go to one.

One of the best Taco Bell locations. I see some bad reviews and realize many of them are app orders or in the evening. So perhaps that is why my experience is different. I often order from here during the day time, particularly the 12-3pm time frame. The food is always fresh, quick, made exactly as requested. My chicken power bowls are amazingly put together as compared to other locations. Staff is friendly. The lobby inside is always very clean and staff can be seen regularly wiping tables and attending to guests. A+
