Gave me extra bacon right before close and finished my order with ease and efficiency. I don't eat at the union often but my experience at Einstein's has encouraged me to do so more often.

10:30 in the morning, when all the other places stop serving breakfast, is a busy time for bagels! Despite the crowd, service was relatively good, and the wait was not surprisingly long. I love Einstein Bros Bagels! The service is always great. I do wish there were more smoothies than just the strawberry banana. Maybe it's just that way on the UA campus.

Just started as a freshman in college, and I have to say they offer a great deal. For all those people who have a meal plan. One swipe can be used here for 6 bagels and cream cheese. That's basically six meals. And it's a godsend for broke college students. Also the bagels are pretty good ;)

Even though bagels is in the name... They have EXCELLENT breakfast burritos that are a decent price! Quick and easy in the busy morning work rush!
