For a facility inside of the UofA, it's a 4/5 stars. Occasionally they get my order wrong (usually when I ask them to take something off of my sandwich they don't) but I think that depends more on the time of day and how busy they are. For the most part the bagels are delicious (the sesame and everything bagels being my favorites) and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid. If you're looking for food that parallels quality as well as price, this is a pretty alright option.

Gave me extra bacon right before close and finished my order with ease and efficiency. I don't eat at the union often but my experience at Einstein's has encouraged me to do so more often.

I love Einstein Bros Bagels! The service is always great. I do wish there were more smoothies than just the strawberry banana. Maybe it's just that way on the UA campus.

Even though bagels is in the name... They have EXCELLENT breakfast burritos that are a decent price! Quick and easy in the busy morning work rush!

Just started as a freshman in college, and I have to say they offer a great deal. For all those people who have a meal plan. One swipe can be used here for 6 bagels and cream cheese. That's basically six meals. And it's a godsend for broke college students. Also the bagels are pretty good ;)

I started preferring going to Einstein after they started bringing Caribou coffee and their bagels are the best 👍

10:30 in the morning, when all the other places stop serving breakfast, is a busy time for bagels! Despite the crowd, service was relatively good, and the wait was not surprisingly long. Well staffed and prepared for the crowd! I got about half of the schmear on my bagel this time as in the past - dunno if this is a fluke or a policy change. Still a decent breakfast for $3 at an 9dd hour. Well done.
