Awesome food, great location right next door to the Harkins Theater, friendly staff and easy access. Brian Brown and Ron Coss have joined forces to open this new restaurant, which both are long time residents of Tucson. Come on out and give them a try, you will love their food!

Firehouse is a 5 star sub shop. I am familiar with Firehouse Subs from Florida and I am glad to see that Tucson does it as well or better. I tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket instead of my usual Hook & Ladder and WHOA!!! This sandwich was wonderful and tasty. Like a warm hug from an old friend.
The dining area was clean and open and the bathroom was well maintained. So happy to have a Firehouse here for the Tucsonan's to enjoy.

Amazing customer service and quality of food. Plus the sandwiches were huge!!! The owner was actually there and working the food line himself. Great to see something like that.
I sure wish there was a Firehouse Subs near me! First time at this location, but have had their subs a couple other times. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. I had the Hook and Ladder sub with the loaded baked potato soup and a drink. The sandwich was fantastic! Like, seriously good. The soup was good, but just good. Maybe a little on the bland side, but still tasty and worth getting. Honestly, you wanna know what my favorite part of this meal was? That dang dill pickle that comes on the side!!! I know that sounds a little weird, but wholly smokes was it tasty.
Would definitely recommend this place. There aren't any close to me or I'd be a regular for sure.

I love Firehouse subs! It is my go to sandwich shop. It can be a little pricey but it's well worth it. My only complaint is that I wish they'd build one on the Eastside of town!

Got a meatball sub to go here one afternoon. It was dead empty, but i don't know why. The food came out in like five minutes and the cashier was friendly. The bread was really soft and the meatballs had good flavor. It was topped with lots of cheese. Overall a good value and a good place for sandwiches.
I am a huge fan of the Italian sub. The sandwich always works, the meat, the sauces, the veggies-all the flavors just mesh. Plus I like that some of our proceeds go towards fire readiness programs. I wish they had more in Tucson. The salads are cute!
The staff here have always been very attentive, helpful, and provide some of the best customer service. Alexie was great!
