China pasta house might look underwhelming and not popular on the outside, they have great food and a lovely family running the restaurant. This place is so fairly priced and their food always hits home for me. Their leek dumplings and sesame chicken noodles and tea eggs are my absolute favorite. This place fed me throughout college and I wish I had a place like this next to where I live now. Their dumplings are all good.

The best meal I've had in a long time. We got the beef and potato curry, steamed buns, and pork bun appetizer. Warm and nourishing, perfect for cold weather. Watch out because those pork bun appetizers are bigger than you'd think! They'd make a fine lunch by themselves. We filled up quick and now we have plenty of leftovers. Our server was attentive and friendly. Amazing value for your money. 10/10 recommend.

The buns were a bit dry, but the green bean pork noodles (D5), scallion pancakes, and shrimp dumplings were delicious! The owner was very nice and the tables were nice and clean. The only complaint is that they didn't have any dishes or silverware; everything was styrofoam or plastic. Overall, it was a great place.

The food is freshly made every single time I come and you can taste the freshness. The owner is always so kind and welcoming. She always has a bright smile. I can always expect great food and to be satisfied afterwards

One of the best meals we have eaten here. It helped that today was cold and the perfect weather for hot soup with noodles. Don't let the exterior or plastic forks fool you. This place is awesome, and affordable, but mostly awesome. We had pork buns (bao), soup dumplings (better than we had in Hong Kong), braised beef noodles, and hot hot and sour soup with noodles. It was amazing. Glad we ordered more to go.

The menu here is authentic mix if various chinese food. My son and I ordered the mushroom/spinach bun which came out as a huge large steaming bun that was both soft and delicious. I had the chicken/shrimp/scallop noodle soup. I was extremely surprised in a pleasant way at just how good the broth tasted. it hit me with a wallop. It was perfectly balanced in terms of seasoning and water to chicken fat ratio. really really good. the noodles are served separately and you add as much or as little at a time as you want. My son has the spicy beef soup. He loved it. It was Sichuan style with the tongue numbing pepper that he loved. The soups above were served in gigantic portions! We also ordered the veggie dumplings. You get 15 for $7.50!! We were too full and took them back to our hotel room. Great snack if your hotel room has a fridge. here too the dough was on the thicker side but done right. Dumpling mostly cabbage but super delicious. What i didn’t like about this place is that it’s ok to be a divey chinese restaurant, been to plenty back home, but in Tucson you should have ample AC. It was hot inside and not pleasant. Also they serve their dishes in styrofoam take out containers even when you eat in. Not a great eating experience. I assume this is a 99.9% take out place. Over all the food was great. If you don’t know about this place, it’s a gem in the rough (literally :))

This place is a bit of a dive but the food and the prices are excellent. I was craving dumplings and this place popped up on Google. I tried the fried dumplings and the pork and cabbage dumplings. Fried dumplings were $4.75 and you get 8. The pork and cabbage dumplings were $6 but you get 15 (I actually got closer to twenty). They were incredibly tasty. The restaurant is small and the staff's English skills aren't the greatest but just be patient and you'll be fine. Food came out super quickly. If you are looking for all authentic Chinese place near the university this is the place to go. Credit cards accepted over $5 and there is a decent sized parking lot as well.

Tiny little spot, food is good, a bit of a language barrier. Tried to call ahead for order but still had to wait when I arrived. Pork steamed buns (dumplings) and pork bun were delicious. I will be back.
