Boston Market

Was are first time coming to the restaurant and I must say it was a good experience. I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts and cornbread. The prime rib was very tender like the Mgr had said. The young lady that took are order was extremely pleasant and I thank her for that🤗💯 The mgr as well as the young lady that helped us I give them each 5⭐'s because in this day and time some customer service is bad. Both ladies had on gloves and used utensils to put the bread on are plates. The place was very clean. I must say I will be back to this establishment. Thank you Boston market and the ladies that helped us🤗

Tried the prime rib dinner. Really a great pric and large portions. The only reason for 4 instead of five stars is because the meat was a little over cooked for prime rib in my opinion (medium well), but still very flavorful. Great service by all staff, overall really great location to have a nice family meal.

Choose curbside pickup. Sent my order from the parking space. I got excited when two minutes after hitting submit I get a call from the store asking for clarification... BUT they lost a point when the time expired and my order had not arrived. I called the store to see if there was a problem and was told that my order was ready BUT they do not bring it curbside because everyone normally comes in to pick it up. How is that curbside pickup? Eventually they brought it out but the also reiterated that they do not normally do that. Incredible.

First I'm from Nc and to me this is one of the better places in Tucson. I has good style and method. I personally have never eaten there before and I'm glad I did. Just what you would expect with good old comfort food. It is a great place with good food and even better people. A wonderful place right in Tucson. Can't beat that with a stick.

Won't return. Just can't. Can't believe I just put that food in my stomache. You're force to have a medium or large drink and the medium alone is HUGE....and you pay high price for it. SEPARATELY!!!! Greesy chicken and tasted funny. Oversalted. .....funny.....they don't put salt shakers on tables to promote better health and you must request one. No comment right? yeah of course...... Their food is ALREADY over salted! Cornbread is good but who KNOWS what's in it. Entree`s too large of portions. Sheesh...thanks to that contribution to the American weight gain. Nice. The people in here walked out so slow it seemed they ate themselves to death. The staff very friendly and attentive. Neat store. Clean. Only good thing I can say. ....But really they DON`T have to assist me to take my meal to a danged table!!!!! Please TRY to refrain from catering to the lazy American way of life! Just assist the elderly NOT able bodied 125 lb people like me and etc. !
