Such a great place! They let Amphi High School Volleyball have their car wash there to raise money. So when you drop your car off, you go eat a bite of great food. Win-win situation!!!
Sierra was my cashier today. She was very knowledgeable when I asked about the new sides and she made that bourbon chicken sound like a MUST HAVE! She definitely helped me choose my meal. Can't wait to try the prime rib too! The customer service is unsurpassable. I mentioned a drink that was out and immediately the friendly manager was ON IT! Before I was finished filling my cup, the raspberry lemonade was back. I also have to mention the cleanliness of the dining area, drink station and serving/hot food area. Another manager was busily cleaning The dining and drink area as I got there. It was nice to see the employees seem to effortlessly work together. The atmosphere in the restaurant was so welcoming I wanted to stay...and my food was to go. Thank you to all that made my lunch so pleasant 👏🏅🏅🏅🏅gold medals all around in my opinion. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
Oh my YUM! This was the first time I used their app for ordering a pick up. It was quick and easy! I had the small order of meatloaf with 2 sides and cornbread. It was a very big portion for being the small (I couldn't finish it all). It was DELICIOUS! Great costumer service with a smile. They have a large dinning area. Definitely going back!
Fantastic food! I am a lover of traditional cuisine. Boston Market caters to people like me with generous portions, decent prices and great taste. A very quick and affordable way to eat what could almost be thought of as a holiday dinner style meal. This location is clean and my service was very friendly.
Finally got the prime rib. It was pretty good. But the ends we're tough. Au jus was good. Just a little disappointed in the potatoes. Should have gotten mashed. 15.99 for the dinner includes 2 sides and a cornbread.
Got my thanksgiving catered from this location, non of the employees knew where my order was and ended up waiting an hour after my scheduled pick up. But on spot on employee Mary got it all done practically by herself. Bless her heart for taking action while her coworkers fiddled around.
It was my first time at a Boston market. The food was really good, but what was even better, was the customer service. They were so friendly there. My wife and I have never experienced this type of service and kindness from......well, any place really!!!
Love this place. Wish they'd open one closer to me. Sad that they did away with the apples but everything else is very very good. Reasonable and we always have leftovers. No tipping save's $ too.
They forgot my corn bread :(
Any time I'm in a city that has a Boston Market, I visit them. Love their Meatloaf and turkey. This time, I ordered online for store pick up in Tucson, AZ. Food was ready when we got there however they forgot to pack the corn bread so I took one star of the rating. Overal, all proteins and side dishes were all available for order and fresh tasting.
Enjoyed a traditional 1/4 chicken meal the other day with me, myself and I. It was so nice and the customer service was great. They've changed a lot since I last visited but all good changes.
I have been going in this Boston Mkt for about five years, live right up the road, I am not sure about any of the other food bc I always get one of the two chicken salads, seems like the portion have gone down and the price has gone up and usually when a restaurant does that I stop going, I mean people expect prices to rise but they also expect to get what they are used to, usually when restaurants start doing this they are going to get worse and are on their way out unless they correct the problem, hope they do
