Staff is very nice, helpful & pleasant. Everything is delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that frequently they either don't have or have to go on a hunt in the back for the Earl Grey for my London Fog. Still a great shop and worth a visit.
It was busy when I walked in so customer service was getting a bad start. However, the employers were quick yet accurate and got my order done quickly!! I mean 5 mins total time out the door in my book is excellent!
I come here to do homework often. It’s normally busy and loud but that’s what head phones are for. The staff is always friendly, i enjoy trying new things and also enjoy when staff mention if I don’t like something to let them know. That’s the type of reassurance I need when trying new things 😁 over

I know I can't make up my mind so I love when we can go in and talk coffee and flavors and the barista appears to enjoy the conversation as much as us. She's so nice and helpful.
The barista recommended a drink for me since I usually just get a hot coffee with whole milk. He was really enthusiastic and helpful! I got the Chestnut lattee on his suggestion. Was not disappointed!

Banana nut bread is to die for, so delicious! I'm not a fan of flavored coffee with cream and all, so I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, but the seasonal baked goods are great, very tasty.
