Amazing food. And amazing service. The front cashier was walking around making sure everyone was happy with their food when he wasn't at the counter taking order. He had a very familiar and friendly relational interactions with all the customers.
The music wasn't too loud. The salsa bar was clean. And my food was fast, hot, and fresh!

Fancy little place, reasonable prices, and authentic Mexican food! You've got to try the original tacos that they make... They are fantastic! Margaritas are massive, and the beer that they put their own little tomato mix in and then dump it in a big mug are fantastic! Don't miss this wonderful taste of Mexican food.
Delicious food, attentive service. We had a couple of great meals at La Salsa in Tucson on Wilmot on a recent visit to town. Food was delicious, manager was very friendly and checked to make sure we were happy with our order. Love the salsa bar!
One of the best Mexican fast-food choices in Tucson for many years, & tonight's visit was tempered by the sad news that La Salsa will be closing. The staff did not have details at this point as to when or how many restaurants affected, but apparently it will be very soon. So for those who have never paid a visit or sampled some of the best fish tacos anywhere--act fast!!
OMG I love this place! Good food, friendly staff. The chicken tortilla soup is amazing, as is the chilli lime salad. This place is close to my work so I get lunch here regularly. I've tried quite a few things on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. I like the salsa bar, sometimes I'll mix a couple together to see what I get. Definitely recommend this place very highly.
Can you say the Best Fish tacos. What What! The bomb diggity. Yum Yum! Friendly staff and wonderful salsa bar. Clean bathroom's too. Very much the go to spot in Tucson.
My wife had been in the hospital all week, and so once she was finally released we celebrated by getting her favorite cuisine, Mexican food. We are from a little border town called Douglas, so we are very picky when it comes to Mexican food. La Salsa passes our test. I don't give them 5 stars because it is obvious some things have been americanized, but it's very difficult to find truly authentic Mexican food anywhere north of the border. The food was tasty and the salsa bar was a wonderful addition. I had the street tacos, which were actually very full and well worth the price. My wife had the California burrito, which she wasn't sure had any meat in it, but was good regardless. We would eat at La Salsa again.
This is quick, tasty, restaurant quality Mexican food. Their salsa bar is stocked with a variety of flavors and spice levels that anybody should find comfortable.
Best fish tacos I've had outside CA! The salsa bar is fresh and has good selections. Service is prompt and staff is friendly.
I always forget how good this place is as we don't frequent it much. The food is tasty and fresh and the salsa bar is not without options.
