Excellent place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Service is outstanding just like the food! Indoor & outdoor seating. Great place to meet & enjoy conversation while having a delicious meal served with a smile at a very reasonable price. Definitely on my list to go agai
This is exactly what a breakfast cafe should be. Good food, nice variety on the menu, the friendliest staff with just enough sass to make the experience enjoyable, and stuff all over the walls to entertain you. On top of that, the prices are super reasonable. This place is a classic America cafe. G

We are locals and eat at VIV's frequently! each time is always a very good experience for us, with : the wait-staff, freshness and taste of their food, and just an overall terrific mom&pop homemade cooking kinda place!!!
Very welcoming right from the start. I walked in and got a hello from Viv while she was keeping busy, so she clearly welcomes and cares about all guests that come in, regular or not.

Dog friendly patio area. Each pup gets a piece of bacon 🥓. We had the breakfast special of two eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast for $10.99. Delicious! The service was quick and friendly. We will be back. Take note of the hours of operation as Viv's closes earlier than most restaurants.

Viv's cafe is a tucson staple! The owner is a sweetheart, the food is great, service is great, atmosphere is wonderful... what more could you ask for! Love this place.
Simple menu of favorites at good prices. Wonderful neighborhood atmosphere and friendly wait staff. We will definitely be back.
