The Hubby has been coming here on the 90's.
We've been back a few times since we're both on Nevada now.
She's the sweetest owner.
The food is consistent.
Portions are plenty.
Awesome, awesome pictures and photos on all the walls.
Sooo many famous people and heart clients take pictures in all other countries and places and she frames them!

This place was just ok. Mallory took great care of us. Small diner with a fun vibe. Food was decently priced. I ordered country fried steak with scrambled eggs. It was good but the steak was out of a box. I was looking for home made. Biscuits and gravy was a little hard in which you need a knife to cut the biscuit. Overall, just ok.

Excellent place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Service is outstanding just like the food! Indoor & outdoor seating. Great place to meet & enjoy conversation while having a delicious meal served with a smile at a very reasonable price. Definitely on my list to go again! My brother was here from out of town & it was his 2nd time there in 3 days. He lived here for many years & it's a must go place when back in town.
Dogs are welcome in outdoor eating area & they even provide doggie water bowels in case man's best friend gets thirsty.
This is exactly what a breakfast cafe should be. Good food, nice variety on the menu, the friendliest staff with just enough sass to make the experience enjoyable, and stuff all over the walls to entertain you. On top of that, the prices are super reasonable. This place is a classic America cafe. Great place.
It was a nice little establishment. They had very good food. Good service the wait staff was very attentive.
Best country fried steak I've had in years! Plus there's so much to look at on the walls if your company is boring 😅 or if you're eating alone.
We are locals and eat at VIV's frequently! each time is always a very good experience for us, with : the wait-staff, freshness and taste of their food, and just an overall terrific mom&pop homemade cooking kinda place!!!
Very welcoming right from the start. I walked in and got a hello from Viv while she was keeping busy, so she clearly welcomes and cares about all guests that come in, regular or not.
Food was just what I was looking for and great prices, absolutely delicious!
Very dog friendly, treated my pet as one of her own, and he's a pitbull so some people can get a little nervous, never felt that at all as she has her own am staff!

Dog friendly patio area. Each pup gets a piece of bacon 🥓. We had the breakfast special of two eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast for $10.99. Delicious! The service was quick and friendly. We will be back. Take note of the hours of operation as Viv's closes earlier than most restaurants.
Staff was friendly and accommodated our group on short notice! Food was perfect!!! Thanks Viv's and staff! See you again next time we visit Tucson!!!
