Bear in mind this is just my experience and what caused me to rate this down may not be the same drawback to someone else. First the atmosphere was great, staff was friendly, no issues. Service sat us very quickly and was overall decent.
The biggest issue was when it came to the food and applied only to two of things I had. The steak and ribs were excellent. But the chicken seemed underseasoned and when the baked potato came out, it looked like the cheese was something akin to gas station nacho cheese or at least a melted spoonful of Velveeta which didn't make since for the prices charged for food as well as the quality of the rest of the food. It just seemed really out of place.

Kristy was a very pleasant waitress and really set a positive tone for our first experience here. We were seated quickly (party of 2), service was fast, and food was delicious. The steaks were so juicy, and they have complimentary rolls and butter. They also have a bar in the back, although the drinks are not listed on the menu (I recommend the prickly pear margarita if you like sweet, mixed drinks). They have a small salad bar that complements the steaks well. It is my first time here, so unknown if the parking attendant is always here or only on certain days, but she helped me quickly find a spot to park. This place was very busy (23 Dec) but the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

The perfect Southwest steakhouse! Mesquite grill inside the restaurant so it smells heavenly. I had a bone in ribeye that was excellent. The prime rib was also excellent. We saw couples, families and groups all having a wonderful time. Our server, Michael, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! We had delicious steak dinners cooked to perfection. The salad bar was great. A lot of choices and everything was fresh. The salad plates were chilled.The loaded baked potatoes were delicious. It was the kind of meal where everything was perfect. Our waiter was great too!

Large portions of very good tasting food. The dessert is oversized for a reason.

MY BEST STEAK EVER. All steaks are aged. The atmosphere reflects the historic pride in ownership and attentive table service. If you're trying to decide, this one or a cheaper steak house, choose this one, you deserve the best! So I like my steak rare..but rarely get it rare. As you can see from the photo, the steak always comes as ordered!

I love their prime rib, but it is too much food for me, so I usually just have the salad bar.

I've been here a few months ago, and the ribeye steak was delicious. We went again last night and I had the prime rib and it was fantastic. Our group has ribs, steaks, prime rib, and everyone loved and enjoyed their food. Service was great, the beers were cold. Well done! No wonder you were voted best steak house in Tucson for 2023.
