The special menu for Sonoran Restaurant week $45 per person+ 1st course Cauliflower en mole Comments: Overall good taste, cauliflower pieces were too large and tough. Many be too large of a serving Chestnut risotto Comments: very good with enough to take home Truffled meatballs Comments: Great flavor, very mild radish (for someone who doesn't put radishes on the favorite list), sweet broth...yummy 2nd course Heirloom tomatoes (did not order) Half roast chicken Comments: great tender chicken with enough to take home Onglet Comments: Great beef and tender, the cauliflower-chickpea fries was really like potatoes. The broccolini could have been cooked a little longer, the stalks took effort to chew through. House-made udon noodles Comment: Best udon noodles experienced n the USA! 3rd course Orange-anise cake Comments: It's a cake, doesn't compare to the other two.... Verrine Comments: The Parfait had lots of different flavors and was second best of the three. Pandan sweet rice cake Comments: Everyone at the table agreed that this was a real winner of the three. The rice cake had texture but no real sweetness. The passionfruit cream gave the sweetness. The tuile was thin and delicate....Outstanding! Very large wine selection as the owner is INTO wines with a retail store to buy to take home. Overall: best meal of the other Sonoran Restaurant Week places that we visited. Generous portions with lots of doggie bags to savor in following days. We will be back......

Definitely did not expect this place to be what it was when viewed from the outside. Feast offers a fine-dining experience. My party and I went during Sonoran Restaurant week to try the $45 prix fixe (3 courses). Unfortunately, I had to switch to a single entrée after they ran out of the main entrée I'd ordered among the 3 courses. Nevertheless, our dishes were delicious. One of my friends ordered the risotto appetizer, hanger steak, and orange cake for dessert. The other ordered the truffle meatballs, half a roast of chicken, and vanisse (not certain of spelling) plum and bread-crumb-like dessert. It looked sort of like a pudding/sundae but was much lighter. I can't think of what to compare it to. I had the special of the day, a snapper with a sizeable amount of tomato on a bed of Spanish rice. Everything tasted fantastic apart from the meatbals and chicken. Neither were packed with much flavor, though they were very moist! I abstained from spirits this evening, so I can say nothing of them, but the list was quite extensive.

We came here to Feast for our one year anniversary and it was a success. We had courses and the staff was very attentive and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a little warm for me which is why I minus a star for the atmosphere. The cocktails made me hot LOL We set up reservations the night before and they were ready 15 minutes earlier for us. It is ADA Compliant. I came in with my Walker but I could have came in with my wheelchair.

We started with the crispy duck salad, which was Delicioso!! I ordered the bánh mi steak sandwich, It was very delicious except they were very stingy with the steak. My wife ordered the pork broth with pork belly noodle soup with hand made noodles that were cooked to perfection al dente! Overall great restaurant and high quality food we will definitely be back. Another fantastic dinner at Feast last night. The tuna tatare was flavorful and a nice portion.The pork chop was delicious. It was a nice thick cut and the brine added some amazing flavor. The persimmon pudding was a great side. Then there was the fried sole. Great coating and cooked just right. Nice sauce on it too. Also, the food was served hot. Two very different dishes that would have different cooking times and everything came out nice and hot. Very few restaurants in Tucson achieve that. Finally, the staff is very nice. Efficient and yet they make you feel comfortable. A wonderful dinner.

My wife and I had an early dinner here just before Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. As we didn't have reservations we were told that we would have to release the table in an hour and a half which we agreed to. The server was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had and when asked about wine recommendations due to the large wine list she asked the sommelier to assist us. After asking about our tastes and what we were planning to eat he brought over three bottles. We chose a 2010 French wine which while nice was a bit past it's prime but still enjoyable especially at the price point at a restaurant. Our meals were very good other than my kale being a bit over-salted while this wasn't an issue for my wife's. My lamb was cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed the pork shank.

Love this place! Chef Doug Levy is very creative, and understands complementary flavors like nobody else. If you are looking for an extraordinary meal, look no further. Our favorite thing about Feast is the monthly wine tasting (last Sunday of the month). We always enjoy the wines, and the little snacks Chef Doug creates to go with them bring out nuances of the wine you wouldn't have noticed when tasting without the food. The wine tastings are back to in-person now, as of 2023! They are open for dine in; they are currently closed on Sundays due to staffing issues, but watch for them to reopen for brunch and dinner! Feast has done takeout forever, so they know how to do it right. If you don't feel like eating in, pick up some takeout and buy wine from the wine shop. Corey will help you find a great pairing. The staff are so nice, too. Feast is one of Tucson's treasures! With Thanksgiving coming up, I thought I should add: if you want to serve wine with your Thanksgiving (or other) meal, come to the wine shop at Feast! You can talk to Corey (or Doug) about what you plan to serve and what you and any guests tend to prefer for wines, and they will steer you to something excellent - and they won't try to talk you into something beyond your price point. It may not be a large ship, but they have a fantastic selection and extremely knowledgeable staff.

Excellent meal. Mushroom soup intensely flavored and supremely delicious, scallops perfectly seared, bone marrow was perfect, king salmon was amazing. Great wine selection. Professional yet friendly staff. Can't wait for my next visit!

This restaurant is one of my favorites. The menu changes every month, I believe it's on the first Tuesday, but I'm not positive about that. You can always go online and look at the menu. There is so much variety in the offerings and the way things are prepared here that the food is simply exquisite! You can find things prepared here like you've never had them before. The servers and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about wine pairings with your food. Everything here is made in-house from bread to dessert. They also have wonderful wine tastings. The prices here are high, but I find that it is worth every penny for the quality of food and service that they have here. The chef/owner is always on site and often comes out to find out how your food is. That doesn't happen in just any restaurant. You simply can't go wrong here. The ambiance is nice and the lighting is perfect. Reservations are totally recommended, as they fill up quickly.

Feast is simply a breath of fresh air, from its welcoming environment to its thoughtful, well-curated menu. We greatly appreciated the entire team’s full grasp of good service, from the gracious host to the chef himself, who went table to table to extend hospitality from the kitchen. It’s a diverse setting, brimming with art and good wine, and apparently we were among the last to find this lovely gem, since it was absolutely packed on a weeknight. We sampled multiple courses (including the leeks, redfish, pork loin, griddled angel-food cake, along with an old-vine Zin from the novella of a wine list), and we thoroughly enjoyed every element of the meal. Looking forward to many more feasts to come!

We are staying in Tucson for only a week, but we are eating out for all of our meals. We ate at Feast and we loved everything we experienced there. The service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I both loved what we had for dinner and the prices were very reasonable. We plan to return before we depart.

Not impressed. The description of the fish far surpassed the fish actually presented; the portion was modest ($32). The coq a vin was really chopped chicken in a brown wine gravy, with a lot of the chicken pieces left with too much fat. Not normally expected for this dish. The cheese sandwich entree looked much better and far cheaper. Wines were mostly above $10 by the glass. Good service. No reason to return.

Between my son and I, we had the salad and soup for the appetizer, steak and the fish for the entrée, and chocolate torte and strawberry shortcake for dessert.  EVERYTHING was fantastic!  The atmosphere was also great, but wished the lighting was a tad brighter.

Sunday Brunch Made Special. The food was excellent and the service equally as good at Feast. Interesting blends of flavors in an egg dish with cauliflower topped with fried artichokes.

Dinner at feast. We went to an early dinner there, told server we needed to be out in an hour and all went perfectly. Food was great (duck breast with smashed peas and halibut/// cooked perfectly. Good wine selection, great service.. really wonderful!

Outstanding! Should have written this sooner. Third time here and the results are the same: Great food! Romantic dinner or a quick appetize & dessert, Feast does not disappoint. A monthly changing menu keeps things fresh. Make your way down Speedway and enjoy a great meal!

Eh.. Marginal. Will not return.

Obviously a local favorite, and for good reason. Attentive service, well prepared and presented dishes, with original touches. The chef was present and greeted many of the patrons as friends. Sort of a fine dining "Cheers."

I was in Tucson for 2 weeks and I came in to Feast about 4 or 5 times. It's that good. The 2nd time I came in the waiters already knew me by name and treated me like royalty. Even the chef came out and chatted with me. What's even better is that the food was AMAZING. The fusion of flavors and the unique dishes are definitely something to experience. Overall, Feast was my favorite restaurant in Houston and I will definitely go there if I'm ever back in Tucson.

Brunch!. We go for the brunch. It's always a treat. I highly recommend the lobster bread pudding if it's on the menu currently.

New Building Curse?. Feast used to be one of my Tucson favorites. I was taken for my birthday many years ago (in their old location) and proceeded to take anyone and everyone with me after.<br/>Their food used to be spot-on & fresh. I always looked at the menu with panic- I wanted all of it!<br/>Now I'm still panicked- nothing sounds good. I've been three times in the past 6 mo & I am more disappointed everytime. (The service has also been horrendous which doesn't help).<br/>Their winter vegetable salad is amazing & I like that they bring back favorites every summer. That being said, I'm going on a feast break (a feast fast?) for awhile. Too tired of spending $50 on food no one eats.

If you don't like the food, you only pay for half. Tonight we went with a few friends to dinner. We are regulars. Like the creativity of the chef owner. Dishes are usually very tasty and fresh with a varied menu. My wife ordered a dish which to her tasted vinegary. The manager agreed that to some people it does. When the bill came, we were charged half of the price of the item. Never seen that before in a restaurant. It left a bad taste. I guess we won't be going back.

TERRIBLE!. Appetizer was burnt. Tasted like burnt oil. <br/>Steak was raw. Sausage still frozen!<br/>Chef apologized, but needed to send food back a second time...<br/>You think they took it off the bill? Or comped dessert? Or even the coffee? Think again!<br/>Bad food, bad service, ridiculously expensive!<br/>Never going back! Neither should you!

Yes Indeed. This was a great experience. The decor is casual and interesting, the service was great and the food was amazing. This is not the run of the mill menu. The preperations were artfull, the sauces, heaven. I had the egg plant with goat cheese app. Brilliant. The prices were reasonable for this level of food and wine. The wine list had a good selection of by the glass and half bottles. Feast gets 5 stars in my book.

STUPENDOUS!. I've only lived in Tucson for 11 months, so I am not yet fully familiar with the best restaurants to go. Friends had recommended Feast, but I had not yet patronized it--until last night. My book publisher was in town, so I said we should try Feast. Now, my publisher treats her authors to the best restaurants in New York City on a regular basis, so she knows "great" when she tastes it. And that's exactly what all of us said last night! Great food. Our server answered all our questions and expertly guided us to various dishes and drinks. I had the Crispy Duck Salad, and later the Duck Breast. So tender and delicious! And the Francophile cocktail was wonderful. We can't recommend Feast highly enough.

Comfortable. First, the service was great. Their staff was cordial, friendly and timely - a good thing to start with. Then, the meal was great, we started with an appetizer of soft-shelled crab stuffed with brie, wrapped in prosciutto and deep fried. I had the Scottish Salmon and my friend had the Yellow Tail Tuna. All with a variety of well-prepared vegetables. It was a Tuesday evening and they almost had a full house. Must be very busy on the weekends. I hope to return soon.

Great food, wine and service. We've been eating at Feast since they were a cute little take-out place east of Alvernon. Now they are in a large, airy and beautiful building west of Alvernon. The wine list is wonderful. They seem to find the best, most interesting wines you just don't see everywhere, and their wine tastings are fabulous. The food? It's great. Everyone is entitled to goof once in a while, but that's rare. The food is delightful, savory, interesting and innovative. They have request menus and rotate them in the summer to keep it fresh. I'm vegetarian and they have so much to offer or they will tailor the menu for my diet. I've seen them do the same for vegetarian or lactose-intolerant diets at the wine-tastings as well. Don't miss this Tucson gem, which is also one of the great Tucson Originals.

Too quirky by far. If you have a food allergy or a special diet, forget it. They are much too arrogant to accommodate you. And the servers are the same.

Consistently scores high. Feast is a perennial go-to for many of us who work at the University. It's casual and affordable, the food is excellent, as are the wine selections and ambience. The chef is always switching up the menu, trying new things. So here and there, something may fall a bit short, but that's rare in my experience.

I am never disappointed when I eat here. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgable and are always willing to give you a food or wine recommendation. They have a monthly rotating menu which keeps returning guests on their toes. If it's on the menu when you go, you HAVE to get the strawberry shortcake...its to die for. My only complaint is the fact that it's not available all the time! :)

Hopefully just an off night. A friend and I went to Feast a few weeks ago. I ordered the winter squash soup (about $20) and the crispy duck salad(about $7); both were actually quite good but for $20 entrees I guess I expect exceptional food unless I'm in New York where even good food is $20. My friend tried the porchetta (about $20) which was plated nicely but was relatively flavorless and dry; it came with brussel sprouts that were drenched in mustard seeds such that all you could taste was mustard. She had to look out at the Geico billboard in the parking lot with the lights illuminating it brightly. The owner was nice and came to check on people at the tables. I hope they make some changes because I think it has the potential to return to what I had heard it was before.

Terrible Service. I have never forgotten the sexist treatment we received. Seven years ago next month a woman friend and I treated ourselves to dinner at Feast. We were asked to hurry while we were having coffee after dinner. They needed our table. My friend and I looked around, noting that we were the only women-only couple. Further, there were mixed sex couples who had come in before we had done. Rather than make a scene, we left. The food was above average and the wine good, but since then, I have made a point to recommend to my husband's and my friends that they never go to Feast.

The Best Dining Experience In Years. I have eaten food in five different countries and virtually anything set in front of me from any culture is eaten, at great length....I LOVE FOOOD!!!! If you haven't gotten the point, much to my wife's dismay, I actually get excited and joyful like a child at great food....today she got practice sitting across the table pretending she didn't know me in public because of my childish bouncing around at the salad I was served....I actually asked to see their garden! A mixed green salad tossed in a honey grapefruit dressing, pleasantly surprised the dressing was neither drenching the crispy fresh greens nor was it too sparse....I had just finished marveling over the freshness of the greens and wonderful taste of the dressing when one of the most beautiful duck dishes I've ever seen was placed in front of me.... a whiskey brined duck breast....trying to explain the absolute delight I felt as I took that first delectable bite....my heart felt a fluttering giddiness, dare i say, that I haven't felt since I was a child at Christmas....a kid in a candy store let me tell you, explaining this dish is like trying to explain the most beautiful noise you've ever heard....it's simply impossible....it was amazing, I spoke with Mr. Levy, and again was pleasantly surprised....owner/chef?!?!?! That cleans tables?!?!?! Takes time to come out and speak to his guests?!?!?! AMAZING, I SAY!!!! I recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE, ANYONE.......And do not let me disgrace this review by forgetting both the Lavender Lemonade.....made in house....delicious is putting this drink mild, refreshing yet leaving me screaming for more, And one of the most playful and inventive dessert I've had in years....Balsamic Ice Cream simply called "Ice Cream We Made Here" AMAZED....I will be attending this restaurant as often as possible, I hope all people here in Tucson who LOVE food, drop in and ENJOY....they take reservations....try it out.

Food of the gods. Attentive service. Owner chef very cordial and fun

Feast is Fabulous. Once a year, I run away to a resort in Tuscon. I always plan it so I can stop in and have a glass of wine and lunch at Feast. I love this place... I want to live here! The Grilled Haloumi sandwich snags me every time. I've never ordered anything different because I can't NOT order this sandwich. It's fun to shop for a couple of 1/2 bottles of wine, while waiting for food, to take to my resort with me. Some day, I must come in for dinner.

A unique Tucson favorite. This place can be pricey but I certainly can't complain when the food is so damn good. The menu changes often, they have wine tasting events, they do big reservation dinners for holidays (Turkey Day, New Year's, etc) and best of all they are aware of and cater to people with gluten allergy or celiac disease.<br/><br/>I've yet to have a meal here that I didn't enjoy in some way. Their wine selection is huge, too, but I am an amateur at best so I always ask for recommendations. I have seen the owner/chef out and about talking to groups, plus he sends out e-mails and newsletters that aren't just a waste of inbox space. The wait staff is attentive, informed, and always fun to talk to.<br/><br/>My only problems with Feast are somewhat out of their hands because they are circumstantial: 1) parking space is limited, and 2) there really isn't much of a waiting area indoors.<br/><br/>Come here with an open mind and open-minded taste buds. Try something new, even if it sounds foreign or strange. You will be pleasantly surprised by their excellence.<br/><br/>My most memorable experience: trying out their winter holiday cocktails. Oh wow, very, very, very original. I didn't go head over heels for them, but everyone at the table tried them because they were fun and unique. One of them was like drinking Christmas from a martini glass.

These are the type of places I love finding every time I visit a new city. The seafood was perfectly prepared and exquisite in taste and texture. The buttermilk pie was suprisingly light and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Unbelievable wine collection. I would recommend this place to anyone .

Simply AMAZING!. Great food, great service, amazing wine selection! Feast was unexpected, delicious, and a Tucson "must"!!!

We had an off the scale great meal..the sea bass on lemon grits was the best fish I've had in long time and I get my share of fish living in Seattle...the people were really, really nice ...great wine selection and we loved the grappa!

Nice atmosphere and good food. Had the scallops which were crusted with horseradish. They needed to be seared better as I couldn't taste the "crust" at all. The clams accompanying them were food bit unnecessary. A well crusted and seared scallop atop the well prepared asparagus would have been enough. I'll be back to try something else when back in town.

Exceptional! Each dish was unique but very well balanced. Especially enjoyed the manchego cinnamon fries app and the corn pudding with kale. Great drink prices and selection too.

One of the worst servers I have ever had. Excellent food though for the pricepoint. I think some people confuse European with cramped, loud and busy.

An exceptional Feast. This is a truly exceptional restaurant. Very European cafe-like. Amazing food with an astonishing wine selection. An ever changing, inventive menu. One entertains friends from New York or LA or Paris here in Tucson? They inquire: is there a small, lovely cafe where we can easily talk over a lunch of light and delicious food with a glass of fine wine, followed by a cup of superb coffee with a warm, moist, home-baked cookie. There is only one place to take them: Feast. And they exclaim, "Fabulous!" Doug Levy should be sainted. 5 Stars!

Have to go!. My boyfriend and I went the other day to Feast and had a wonderful time! We had the rabbit with chicken livers and all three sides. It was delicious! If you are a creamed spinach fan you will love their version. It is rich yet fresh, we couldnt get enough!<br/><br/>But the best part...they carry my favorite candy bar!! The 5 Star brand from Lake Champlain. If you like candy bars, go to Feast have a great dinner and save room for dessert!

Feast is not a cheap meal, although there are some more reasonably priced items on the menu. But Feast is a great restaurant for foodies. The chef/owner comes to your table and will discuss the food with you.
