Chick-fil-a

This is my second time at this location with my first time having the lunch which was delicious. However, this trip was for breakfast. I asked for coffee with my meal but what I didn't know was that this location puts your cream and sugar in for you. When asked for my condiments I was told someone fixed it for me. I was then told I have to tell them I want it in the bag. Firstly, I am from out of town and I would not readily know that. It would be nice if they ask that when you order. My take on that is why would you be fixing someone's coffee up when covid is out here. Next thing is the mini's. To me the nuggets were not fresh and seemed old and reheated. The bread on 2 of the mini's felt like cornbread and not the soft roll feel at other locations. I also asked for some pickles only to be told they were out. So if they are out of pickles then they wouldn't be serving them on the Chick-Fil-A sandwich. But the rep said let me go in the back and see if they have some. Lo and behold she comes back with a side of pickles. Overall, my visit was not all bad but going forward I will definitely tell them not to fix my coffee. I will visit again.

I have been eating at Chick-Fil-A for many years. Slowed down only because they started getting ultra busy and I don’t like crowds. I have never eaten the macaroni and cheese however, an saw them while poking around on DoorDash. Ordered a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese and cookies and cream shake. Order arrived quickly, complete and correct, and packaged well for delivery. The chicken sandwich (added cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise) was as tasty as I remembered it to be, the macaroni and cheese was excellent (creamy, with a hint of crust) and one of the better ones in north side of Atlanta. Love the shake too... Overall I enjoyed that lunch and would certainly order it again.

I don't know why this location has such a low average rating, because this is a fast food chain, and for what they serve and how, they do a very good job. This location is SLAMMED if you go during the feeding hours. No surprise there. I went to pick up lunch for 4 people on a Saturday, and to be expected, all lanes were packed and it was quite the lines. I wondered how in the world they keep their orders straight when they funnel those lanes into one, and I learned how. If your order is not ready, you get to park off to the side lot and somebody will bring it to ya. If this is not great service I don't know what is! I got my order correctly, with the exact amount of sauces requested. The food was to be expected, chicken burgers with fries, and lots of lemonade for wifey who was going through a phase. It's my local Chicken-fillet and they do a fine job satisfying our desire for a "relatively" quick breakfast or lunch.

Even through all that's going on with the pandemic the employees are still giving the customers great customer service. I applaud each and every employee working hard at this moment and wish them well! They are still open but at this time there is no dine in inside of the restaurant. Only the drive thru service is open. I came during lunch time and the flow of the drive thru was very smooth and fast. The employees are outside assisting the drive thru lane making sure everything flows great which is awesome to see. They are located on Lavista Road in between Wells Fargo and Verizon with plenty of parking. So delicious things on the menu it's always hard to choose what you want even though you've been here so many times. The prices are inexpensive. The frosted coffee is a hidden gem that I never knew tasted so good!!! I really love how they are taking care of their employees and making sure they are well taken care.
