This is a great little store. I really like their pizza deal, $5.55 for a hot and fresh large pizza, ready in just a few minutes, beats any pizza place I know of. Good selection of everything usual to convince stores, okay cigarette prices. Clean place, friendly faces, and quick in and out stop for whatever you may be craving. Overall an above average 7-Eleven.

Went in like many times before to get some snacks and some beer. Cashier a bigger gal was rude and snappy. She said she could not sell me the beer because of my expired ID. I stated I have my paper copy and am waiting for my plastic copy in the mail. Due to covid the mail & DMV are running slow as we all know. I pulled out and showed from the Oregon OLCC website, where it stated expired licenses had been extended until 12/2021 and expired licenses were acceptable for alcohol sells. The cashier said she did not care about the state law and said she would not sell the beer because she didn’t want to and had the right to refuse service. She got very mouthy and started yelling at me in front of other customers. I asked why she was so upset and why she wouldn’t assist me. She simply she didn’t want to. I been here many times with my same license and never been an issue. I was the only Hispanic in line so makes you think if these was based on my skin color. I would love to speak to a rep from 7/11 about the incident.

I don't expect much from a 711. The fact that they have a nice staff, clean store and accessible parking lot in a convenient location all add up to make this my favorite 711. I don't know his name but a gentleman who works there, older man, grey hair. He's amazing. Great customer service when I see him.

Today, November 6th, 2020 we went to 711 in Tualatin Oregon to get Pizza, but unfortunately, the cashier was rude to us. First, my husband told the cashier that he wanted one cheese pizza, but he was just looking down and totally ignored him. My husband wondered if the employee was deaf as he would not look at him or respond. After asking a couple of times, he angrily pointed to another place (apparently where the pizza was) but we did not know. He would not say anything, but a moment later he angrily went to get the pizza, my husband told my daughter to go tell him he what kind of pizza we wanted and when she went, he angrily asked her, “What do you want!”. Next, he went to warm up the Pizza and he was clearly upset, why? We do not know, there was no reason, we can only assume it was because we were not White. He did not even look at us when we were talking to him, he was rude and always looking down, yet he was very talkative and nice to other customers, of course, they were White like him. It is unfortunate and unfair that there are people out there that treat others based on their race or the color of their skin.

Cashier Clerk Will thought today would be a good day to rip people off since its national hotdog day. We paid for 2 hotdogs and a big gulp (23 cents) we got back 2 bucks and some change. After he charged us for 2 Big Gulps and 2 hotdogs. Be mindful of you cash because he's a clever one.
