This family working in this store is sick, I do not know what kind of drug they take, but they are extremely weird, pretend not listening and explaining to them the order is very tuff like teaching a child matching toys! I wish there is a law ban crazy people of running a business, Cinnabon deserves better.

Online says the store doesn’t close until 6:30pm although the mall closes as 6pm. I went here around 5:45 just for this place and the cashier told me they were closed. Wouldn’t even let me purchase 1 thing although it was out on display. Terrible customer service

The number listed here doesn’t work, I never received a receipt for my purchase and by time I had gotten home an hour later, the Cinnabon’s were hard as rocks! UPDATE….a manager finally got back to me and offered me free mini Cinnabons and a drink which I really appreciated..good customer service goes a long way!

I know Cinnabons are supposed to be sweet but it’s like they put extra sugar and whatever sweet stuff in the kitchen in the Cinnabon mix. It was very hard to eat.
