Bianco Rosso

I was a big fan until this past Saturday. The two servings of Carbonaro dish had RAW, still translucent bacon. When I called about it the man who answered the phone insisted it was impossible, and had the audacity to address me in a highly misogynistic manner. See picture below of the raw bacon picked out of just one of the dishes. He claimed he was going to refund me but never did. This fairly new place stuck out from the rest. The quality and passion in the food translate perfectly to the taste and experience. Braised beef short ribs and lamb shank fell right off the bone while staying moist and succulent. The meatball appetizer is a also must. The restaurant has a fantastic interior and atmosphere, with a fantastic bar as well. The staff are also accommodating and professional, the owners are also around greeting and engaging with their customers. They are incredibly friendly and great to talk to. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend coming and seeing for yourself.
