Pizza Hut

Usually go to the Pizza Hut in my town but decided to try this one out for the lunch buffet. Upon arriving the server got our drinks quick and was super attentive and friendly. Other staff was great as well with keeping fresh pizzas out. Salad bar had a good variety and place was clean. Will definitely be coming back.

The dining room experience in Pizza Hut has taken a real negative turn in recent years, I think it’s because most folks are getting delivery or carry out. Probably why all the bad reviews on the dining room are here. Today we got a takeaway pizza and it didn’t disappoint. I always find the pizza here is consistently good. I will say however the facility is tired and somewhat dirty. Another reason probably for the negative reviews.

Went for lunch buffet. Salad bar looked like most of the food was left over from the previous day, what there was on it any how. We was there at lunch time so should have been fresh, not so much. One waitress for the whole place at lunch time for a buffet, not very ideal. We got a refill, after we was done eating. I was told this is normal for this store to operate like this. The cook kept food coming out for the pizza part of the buffet better than the other side...

What has happened to the quality of the pizza. When you get a stuffed crust pizza with extra toppings one they put very little toppings on it at all. And both pizzas you order had such this spots on them they were very hard and burnt. This is not the first time this has happened and they refuse to fix the issues. So I warn you all to not eat there. There is many other pizza options in troy and I would try them. Spent $23 right in the trash. This place needs to close up if they can't even fix their orders. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

The pan pizza had a GREAT buttery crust. The staff was very friendly ... And, if you are a former service member, a first responder, or are a member of the guard, reserves or regular branch of the military, just let them know and you will receive a 10 percent discount with a hardy "thank you." BTW, the dining area was neat and clean but by 6 pm, the salad items were looking a bit past their prime. An easy fix.

Half of my order was forgotten. The driver checked the receipt upon arrival to my house, realized there was missing items and said she was going to go back to the store for them. I waited thirty to forty minutes and then called the store. The store acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said the driver said nothing about making or bringing the rest of the food. Oh and the best part, still never got my food or the store credit corporate said they were applying to my account.

ordered here several times in the last month. food is always good, ordered online to receive points, and this last time, a server/worker. (Kristal) was more helpful than she needed to be, and very friendly and engaging. just wished I lived closer to this location as they still have sit down eating, and the pizza buffet
