**update12/2/21** I went back today and the manager was the nicest guy!! We talked about the cost of everything going up and I honestly want to say our chat made me want to pay the higher prices. The shake is delicious, as always, way better then any other place, but the customer service is unmatched. So happy I went back!! If you know any hard workers send them there, because they are hiring and need more great ppl working there like the manager!! Just an FYI, the prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay about $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake from here. Today it cost $8.96 so this is the last time I'll buy a milkshake from them. Shake shake it is for me.

Total Ripoff and customer service is awful. If I could rate this store negative, I would do that. I ordered a dazzler for my 3 year old for $9 and the person making it put 2 scoops of ice cream instead of 3 and filled the cup with strawberry, blueberry, and whipped cream and then chuckling with his buddies in the back about what a great job he did cheating customer of there money by not even giving a portion that a customer was paying for. My son was running away in the mall so i simply paid the cashier to go grab my son and later realizing that i was completely ripped off when i started feeding my 3-year old the Sunday. The store has too many attendants but the quality of customer services is awful and looks like the the attendants are trained to serve a lower portion. It was a complete turnoff.

Omg I was just there got an ice cream banana sundae that cost 8.98 and I gave her a 20.00 and she give me back only 1.04 cents and I ask her how much was again and I told her I give u a 20.00 she like oh . I so not going buy from them again horrible business..... and got my 10.00 back not tips them for what happens sorry with business like that is a no.
