Wendy's

The bathrooms were disgusting. The toilet was full of paper towels and toilet paper and could not be flushed. Toilet paper covered the floors. Neither bathroom was able to lock. There were many flies in the kitchen, and it took about 30 minutes for our food to come out with only one order in front of us. The lobby/dining area was sticky and had food all over the floor. There was no ice and no ketchup. The manager was rude and would not assist other employees when they asked for help. I've never been to a Wendy's more disgusting than this one. The customer service was pretty awful.

Easily the slowest Wendy's I've ever experienced or even heard of. If you are looking for fast food, I would not recommend. We sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes watching them service a car every 7 minutes with one bag of food. Ruined any good time we made on the drive. I cannot recommend this place

The service was rather slow despite the staff being very kind. They didn’t have two of the items in my mobile order (The main item I wanted was the new Strawberry frosty) but I wasn’t told until I got to the window that they were out. After a 20 minute wait in the very busy drive thru, I substituted those items for something else instead of trying to get a refund.

Wendy's is pretty much Wendy's across the board. What makes a location stand out is the service of the food. This Troy location is absolutely terrible with that. I have gone countless times and I can count on one hand the number of times my order has been correct and not missing something. That's ridiculous. I keep going back because I've been a fan of Wendy's for 40yrs and I love the all natural lemonade. I'm tired of being p*ssed off after driving away though. There are other options.
