Arby's

This place was awful. I had the worst meal from Arby's I've ever had at this store. Ordered a half pound roast beef, ended up with a beef n' cheddar. Fries were awful, super bland. Also ordered the jalapeno poppers, a five piece. Also terrible, but I can't put my finger on exactly why. I order these all the time and they're usually nuclear hot with cream cheese. Maybe the cheese recipe has changed? Seemed like something other than cream cheese in these.

Food was good..when we finally got it. Guess the girl working the front was new. And the other few workers were running around trying to get everyone's orders filled. They moved a tray with 3 boxes on it several times then finally decided it was ours. A male worker said he would bring our fries and cheese sticks to our table. He had them get us fresh ones. But we were short 1 order of fries so he had to go back for them. My daughter and i had ordered the same sandwich but they were different. Then we realized they werent the same on the receipt. But like i said the food was good. We were passing thru town coming back from Florida so we probably won't be back there. But I would stop again if I was ever in Troy Alabama again.

I waited a while at the drive through speaker, honked my horn and eventually decided to just order indoors at the counter. One of the employees was just leaving, I can only assume they had been on the drive through. With 3 employees remaining it took a regular wait time for the gyros ordered, Staff were friendly and restaurant was clean.

We went inside and there was one other customer aside from us. I don't know how long the other customer had been there before we got there, but we waited ten to fifteen minutes just to order, then, another 20 minutes to get our food and our fries were cold!! Our sandwiches were thrown together. These people acted like they didn't know what was going on. They weren't busy at all. Machines beeping without being turned off. It took my daughter literally ten minutes to get someone's attention to get some ketchup packets. I don't understand what was going on that day but it definitely cut Arby's to the bottom of the list for me .
