When I ask for ketchup packets it doesn't mean just one! This is twice you've done this to me and I'm a good customer you know me by two double hamburgers plain a small fry and a cup of water. Giving you guys a two-week vacation from eating here see if you can get it correct next time I order.

I gave them a 1 because I star because I couldn't give them a 0 stars. First they don't offer the 2 for 5 sandwiches as advertised on TV and every other Burger King in America, but didn't tell us until after we placed our order. Second the cashier was rude and nasty so we asked to cancel the order and then the manager decided to stick her nose in it and make some nasty remarks. I will never eat at this restaurant again, not even if they paid me too. Worst service in the world.

Awful experience. The inside and dining room is literally NEVER open. No other restaurant in troy does this. Why not change it to just a one lane drive through only since the inside is non functional? They wouldn't even let me come inside for a minute just to use the bathroom. Had to walk further to a completely different place

As with any fast food place, there are little issues that happen. However, they are corrected promptly, the food is good (hashbrowns crispy!), and service overall is just fine. Despite the drive thru being busy in the morning we have not had to wait more than in the past when dine in was more popular. Keep up the good work!

this burger king is so much nicer than others i’ve been to. the ladies that take my order when i go in or through the drive thru on my break are so sweet and you can see that they’re actually wanting to be there and not being mean. they also don’t charge you for sauce which thank goodness because i love having sauce for my nuggets AND fries, mcdonald’s always charges for it so i’m glad burger king is better !

This Burger King gives pretty consistent service. Overall I can't complain. Friendly staff.
Edit: I just tried the Impossible Whopper and it’s delicious! That makes me even more of a fan of Burger King. If you’re on the fence about trying one, go for it. In my opinion it’s better than the beef Whopper.

I had to think if I even stopped here. For me Burger King is not very memorable the food is okay the service is nothing to brag about it's a place for a quick bite and that's about it.

Good service at the drive thru and food was fresh and hot. Got the whopper junior meal with jalapeno poppers. Very good.
