I want to like this place so badly, but the coffee is just so inconsistent. I order a double-double iced vanilla coffee every time. I’m pretty chill if there’s a little variability. However, sometimes it’s perfect, other times it’s WAY too sweet, or barely sweet at all, or watery, or it barely has any ice. I just don’t get it. I do drive out of my way to this one though because the other one in Troy is even less consistent. Everything else seems fine but I find myself more disappointed than satisfied. The last time I went I got grounds. I think I’m done with this place.

Called in a large order in 2 days in advance, just to show up and nobody had a record of it. Never trust the staff on the phone. There was no apology for the mistake, no offer to make it right, rather Amanda looked annoyed that I was asking them to make the order as I still needed it. Watching Amanda the supervisor bark out order after order to the employees in front of customers was disgusting to see. She would tell them to do one thing and then yell at them for not doing something else. The employees looked degraded and miserable as she continued to bark out orders to them. The store manager was spineless and had no control of the environment. There is no sense of urgency or basic manner at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If you must order from here, make sure you place an online order, to have proof. Beest piece of advice, order from a different donut shop. The service at Walmart bakery would be superior to what I witnessed today.

Seriously went through got a xl coffee seven and seven two shots of vanilla, and they hand me cold coffee cop an attitude when I ask why it’s cold and tell me that that’s how it is ! 🤷🏽‍♀️ But it’s not I go there and get it normally and it’s never like that ! I go through Dunkin and I can’t even hold it because it’s so hot same order ! And last time I went I ordered it and it was like they were mad at me because I ordered that ! They didn’t say two words to me and basically threw the cup at me ! 0/10 recommend !

This place is really gone to seed. Twice in the same week order was completely wrong. Took food back in for a refund and "The Cook" and the kid taking orders were laughing about how "funny" it is to make people repeat their orders twice and give them the wrong food. I ain't got time for that. Guess I'll just go to Macdonald's from now on. At least I can expect 14 year olds goofing off, and it's cheaper. Done with this place.
